So the longer we have these little loves, the more confused and sad I am about them. Lol

We officially named them Dash & Violet from the Incredibles. They are definitely very shy, timid kitties. Scared at first but absolutely love being held. They are a bonded pair so they stay together wherever the go. I do not believe any more that they would make good barn cats with how scared and small they are. Marty and I don't think they could fend for themselves at all. When you pick them up, they instantly turn their tails up between their legs. They don't even play with the toys we gave them... 😢

It breaks my heart how sad and scared they are. But for now, they will stay here safe and loved while we work on teaching them all things kitties. Anyone interested, please reach out to Marty or I.

Oh my goodness!!! 3 new babies in the house!!!! This litter is about 5 months old i think...... they are sweet and snuggly but I think would be great barn kitties.

Now that my daughter is home from camp and has been told...

I can sadly announce that we lost our beautiful little Izzie Bizzie/ Marty's little Squeaks in a tragic accident last week. Izzie was a sibling of the Greys Anatomy Litter that i rescued in May. We quickly fell in love with her and decided that she would join our Kitty Clowder. Losing her has absolutely devastated my husband (who found her dead), myself and our daughter.

In her almost 11 weeks of life she left a huge paw print on our hearts. We couldnt help but love her. She snuggled on the couch with me every night and loved running around causing chaos as a curious little kitten. Any time some one was eating, she had to investigate. Her favorite place to snooze after a meal was the giant orange fluff bed or any sunny spot she could find. Especially the front room window or the kitchen rug leading into the family room. She had recently taken to laying on Lunas giant peep pillow.

Kitten Towne is quiet for now. Meredith is getting ready to go to her furever home next week. We are excited that Izzie has her furever home, she is staying with us!!

My Willow Baby was sick, she had a severe bacterial infection that needed strong antibiotics, steroids and a cream to help clear up so she was coned for a few days. She is thankfully feeling much better now.

We shall see if we have more visitors but so far the neighborhood has been quiet.

I want to thank everyone who has helped me on this kitty journey. Whether donating, or stopping by to help care for kittens, adopting kittens or just listening to me when I needed to vent, cry and just share a happy day. I couldn't rescue without all of the amazing support. Thank You!!!

And then there were 2!!!! Meredith and Izzie are still with me, Meredith will leave next week. Cheeto, Chicky, McDreamy, Karev and Nala have all gone to their Furever Home and doing fantastic!!! We miss them but are so happy for them!!!

7 sleepy kittens. Dinner, playtime and bath time is exhausting for almost 6 week old kittens!! Just a couple more weeks until they are ready to leave for their furever homes!!
