UPDATE: Willow is staying put! Turns out her human was misdiagnosed and Willow can stay! Yay! Thanks to all of you for sharing caring!

Willow / Becca is in need of foster care/ adopter in NY/NJ/CT. Her owner developed allergies to her and is heartbroken but must find Willow a new place to go. She is approximately 14 weeks old and is a trifecta pup: cat, dog, kid friendly. Please share this little love bug.

What can we say about such a wonderful dog ? He has been patiently waiting for his time to come and now it’s here.
He is a very upbeat happy go lucky fellow with a zest for life. He loves to be outdoors and run as fast as he can. he’s long and lean so he can run like a champion. he also likes to roll down the grassy hill and scratch his back wiggling back and forth.
He seems to be dog friendly however we will let you know for sure once he is evaluated.
When we took these pictures yesterday we couldn’t help but be caught up by Troy’s enthusiasm and joy of life. he’s that kind of dog. He seems to make the best out of every day and it seems like he knows his time has now come.
Will you help us find Troy a home by sharing his post ? he’s about 3.5-4 years old and maybe 55 lbs. he would love a home with a yard so he can continue to run and and roll around in the grass.

Marge is looking for a home !!!

This pretty young dog has been at Friends of Yonkers Animal Shelter since july, way too long for such a lovely dog to be waiting !!
Marge was a stray so we can’t tell you what her life was like before the shelter ,however, we can tell you what it’s been like since
Marge loves to be outdoors and loves to run up and down beside a neighboring dog, she likes to investigate her surroundings , she likes to spend time with her favorite volunteers
what she doesnt like is spending most of the day in a kennel, which is of course the reality in any shelter Yes, we can say she has a good size run where she can go outside or stay inside and she has a nice bed as does every dog, but then what ?
She needs to be in a home where she will get regular exercise and playtime and maybe have a brother or sister
Marge is dog selective so of course she would need to meet your dog
she is a medium size dog in the 40 lb range and we would guess around 2-3 years old she needs a home please help adopt foster or share ( foster is only through participating rescues )

Beautiful three month old kitten needs a loving home in Yonkers NY
Romeo has a very slight deformity in that he has a split foot on one of his legs however he has no idea about it
He’s capable of taking care of himself in all ways
he eats independently uses a litter box with no problem and is a cheerful young man who loves to play loves attention and loves cuddles
He lives with a dog and other cats and is respectful of all
