All the pups were inside where it was warm and dry yesterday. We finally saw some sunshine today. As cared for as they are, these babies need couches and laps to cuddle on.

FRIGID WEATHER at BARL:
Is BARL heated?? Yes! The BARL adoption center is blessed to have heat, and animals are secured safely inside during these dangerous conditions. They also all have their own blankies.

Cleaning kennels is always a challenge when it’s this cold. In frigid conditions such as these we do more spot-cleaning than washing down floors completely. The wet floors in these pics actually dry quickly with the heat.

We're forever grateful for BARL staff, volunteers and our supporters. STAY WARM!!
