Thinking of my Scattered Oaks Family who are in or have family in that big bend area and North. I can think of a few. Praying for safety and that this storm dissipates quickly. Our place is all good made it through with just one limb down in the yard which is amazing considering it was originally supposed to come right through us.

Well… Cash has been with his family for a week now and all is well. He has the best of both worlds. He’s an only dog part time but he’s together with his fur-sibling Koda (Stella/Tucker) that lives right down the road about 5 days a week while her dad is at work.
So thankful for the Bernardio’s for giving such a great loving home to not one but now two of my babies❤️ Videos in the comment

They can be registered with AKC or if they have another registry just apply for an AKC PAL number and complete their title. I just know a lot of you are very active with your dogs. Do you have a desire to do agility? Or looking for a companion?
In search of family…
This has been something I have been pondering for quite some time. It’s been a difficult decision but I’ve been considering Cash and what is best for him and not just for me and our program and I have decided to begin a search for the right home for him.
He is a very loving boy that gets along well with the other dogs but he has such a soft temperament that Oliver tries to take the “lead” of him so much and he’s always at the bottom of the pecking order. I feel Cash just isn’t able to relax and be himself like he is when I have him one on one which is not often enough. Oliver is not a fighter but he lets him know that he’s the alpha male in other ways and I feel it is affecting Cash in a negative way. We have 6 dogs total and it just doesn’t seem he is suited for so much competition.
He is much more content when he is with me alone or with one or two others so I feel a smaller family would be much more desirable for him.
I had planned to do herding or agility with him but with our move and us still being in between places it has not been easy to find the time to devote to training.
I really was hoping to find a junior or an adult that has been looking for a buddy to run agility with. I believe he would be a great prospect. He would be wonderful with one other dog or in an only dog family. He would also make a great companion for someone who lives alone and would like someone to walk with or spend their days with as he has a sweet and loving nature and loves people. He would also do well with a family with older children. That being said If you would like more information about Cash to decide if you think he would be a good fit in your family please read more in the comment below. Then, If you think he would be a good fit private message me. I will ask you to share with me info about his prospective new family and environment as I want to choose carefully to make his transition smooth.
Cash is a year and 4 months old and completed basic obedience class.

I wanted to show you how well this grooming tool works. Grandma Brandy hasn’t let me brush her completely to groom her for like 2 years. She is very sensitive in her old age but for some reasons she stood so well for me this time. I was able to get every part except her rear combed out and trimmed just a little.
She de-shedder works very well on all of them. It kinda cuts the Mattes as you brush through it.

This is so heartwarming to me. She is just a doll and can always bring a smile. Her little personality starts coming through about midway but this is her uncut video. I have to tell y’all what a game changer this was for me. There are a lot of different ones out there, I just chose this one based on the reviews and it was on a one day sale but OMG. I washed all 6 dogs in about 30 minutes! The main thing it did for me was apply the suds, I did it without wetting the dogs first. I sprayed it on the fan pattern all over well, then scrubbed them down and rinsed. It just cut time down so much by not having to work the suds into a lather. I used Dawn dish detergent the first time so I will use my normal dog shampoo Isle of dogs next time. I’m also going to try it with mane and tail. Anyways…just had to share.
It’s perfect for that quick clean up after the dog ran through the mud or something. Especially on these hot summer days. The dogs loved it.
