Sam’s Club has Friskies on sale for $8 off with a limit of up to 10 cases through 11/30. This is an awesome deal! I feed “gen pop” 2 pate and 2 gravy/other variety per day- if I could get 10 cases at this price that would be amazing and we wouldn’t have to worry about wets for a LONG time!

They’re $33.98 each - so if you’d like to help and donate towards us buying a case- please let me know! If you have a Sam’s Plus membership you can even ship to us directly if you spend $50 or more- I have to at least buy 2 to get free shipping myself. So suddenly Penelope and the babies are giving me a run for my money on the food that they like 🙃 on my way home I went out and bought Royal Canin mother/baby cat, tiki cat baby satchets, and some various other things. The babies absolutely DESTROYED the baby cat. Also, Penelope destroyed Meow Mix Chicken and Liver so that is on there as well. We also need more Breeder’s Edge formula!

So with that being said 😅

When it rains, it pours 😭

This morning while I was changing out Penelope & CO’s play pen, I noticed one of Penelope’s babies having tremors in his back and front legs. He is able to get around but he has increased weakness in the front legs and puts his butt up in the air. But then he will also claw his way up to the top of the playpen 🙃 he did eat some gruel for me this morning.. I ran out to get some Karo syrup (to have on hand) and have already talked to my sweet friends at the urgent care- he will go this evening to be examined.

I know I have been asking yall for a lot of help lately and I feel terrible, but guys- I’m getting my butt kicked with everything going on. I keep trying to remind myself this is just a season and we will get through it.

Last night for Sardine thankfully was only $86 🩷 I’m dropping her f***l off today.

Nana will probably run me around $265 in the morning for her visit.

Tonight will hopefully not be too terrible for the orange baby.

If you can spare a literal $1 to help me put out these fires, it may seem silly or insignificant to you, but it all adds up and it absolutely makes all of the difference!

This morning I bought some more formula for the babies, large miracle ni***es (incase I need it for the orange baby) and FF wets for Penelope that she’s obsessed with. I try to utilize donated funds for vetting, new intakes, etc.

Okay Crew.. since Sardine is going to his forever home next week, that means a spot is opening at the Inn.

One of my sweet friends reached out to me with concerns about an old cat that needs help in one of her friend’s neighborhoods.

Her name is Mamas and here is what I know so far:

The man who found her under a shed 10 years ago was in his 90s and passed away. She has been living as an indoor/outdoor cat ever since. Unfortunately, the family lost access to the house and Mamas was kicked to the curb outside permanently. She came running to my friend’s friend one day looking for food and water which she has been giving her for the last month- she even bought her a little cat house to help with the FL heat 🥺 Mamas was attacked a few weeks ago and her eye was completely swollen shut- it was tended to and looks completely healed thankfully. This old definitely needs medical attention. Her ears and face look rough (I have seen some videos) and she has moments of rapid breathing it seems.

She is estimated to be 11 years old. She doesn’t deserve to continue to live outside in this heat- especially also considering she is aging and possibly having some underlying medical issues. And suspectible to being attacked or of course, hit by a car 😞

But I need y’all’s help to make this happen😩

I need to get her to the vet, vaccinated, combo tested, blood work, flea treated, and whatever else she needs- the basic necessities to ensure she is at the very least- ok and stable. I’m estimating about $350 for this alone.

Please consider making a donation towards her care. I will be picking her up tonight and posting photos and updates.

She is absolutely beautiful and has bright blue eyes.

If you rather make a donation off of our wish list, we can definitely use wet and dry food since adding her to the crew!

My friend knows I’m overloaded and wouldn’t reach out to me if she wasn’t truly worried about this old girl. I can’t turn a blind eye to the situation. Mamas needs all of US!

Just a reminder for everyone! We have 34 days left to raise $1035 for Penelope and her crew to get everything they need to move onto their next adventure! So we we raised $100 of our $1135 goal/need!
