A gift of love....❤
Earlier this fall we were contacted by a women in the Sparta area, who had lost her mother earlier in the year. She explained that her mothers ashes were placed in this beautiful urn (see photo) until the family could gather and spread her ashes in a beautiful and heartfelt way. Afterwards, she was left with an urn that was still meaningful, but no longer had a use. She had the idea to contact River's Edge to ask if she could donate the urn so it could in turn be re-used for someone's beloved pet. Her mother was an animal lover and she thought this would be a great way to gift the love forward. We couldn't agree more! No one really talks about what to do with an urn that no longer holds a beloveds ashes, so we wanted to share this beautiful and heart-felt idea with you. ❤
