Effective January 1, 2026, I will be strictly enforcing my cancellation policy.

Required Notice: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your dog's grooming appointment.

Late Cancellation Fee: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled groom cost will be incurred for appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice.

Exceptions: I acknowledge that emergencies can arise. If you experience a genuine, unavoidable emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

This policy is necessary to ensure that I can offer the appointment time to another client and maintain the efficiency of my schedule.

We have a few openings available for October. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in scheduling an appointment for your pet. Additionally, holiday bookings are filling up quickly, so please reach out to me as soon as possible to secure your spot. I will be accepting weekend appointments for a limited time leading up to the major holidays. After the holidays, appointments will be available Monday through Friday.

Wednesday I lost my soul dog, the pup my whole business is named after, Maggie. She was hands down my absolute best friend and i must admit ive been stuggling. I want to thank the clients that have shown me the upmost love and support during this hard time. I also managed to dislocate my knee so if you see me limping thats why. Business will be back to normal starting Tuesday and clients that needed to get rebooked will be hearing from me tomorrow.
