a single buckling, for jolene! jolene was the last doe to kid so she finished off kidding season ‘24 ! with a total of 6 doelings and 2 bucklings. i will be reaching out to my waiting list and posting the kids for sale in two weeks!

some chickens 🐓& a duck 🦆looking for a new coop to call home! all will be excellent layers this spring, just need to make some room for some new guys! 🌸
- 1 brahma hen from tractor supply got her on 3/28/21 will be 3 this spring
- 1 blue laced red wydanotte hen from cackle hatchery born on 8/12/22 will be 2 this summer
- 1 barnyard mix pullet her dad is a blue laced red wydanotte born on 3/30/23 will be 1 this spring
- 1 pekin duck bought from tractor supply on march 22, 2023 will be 1 this spring

its been a busy last couple of days working on projects! the goats got a new hay feeder and a bridge to play on! 🐐the rabbits got fresh hay and some treats! 🐰 the chickens got to spend some time out exploring! 🐥and millie(the pot belly pig) got moved to her new pen next to the goats! 🐷

spent the saturday on the farm getting all the animals ready for the winter months! ❄️ clover is due in one week, so i filled her nesting box full of hay so she can start nesting soon!

hey yall!
my name is caroline snead and i am the owner of snead farms 🐐 🐰🐥
heres a little but about me and the farm -
i am a sophomore in high school and a active member of the FFA 💙💛the farm all started as a SAE (supervised agriculture experience) project and has grown largely from there it is now a agriprenuership (agricultural entrepreneurship) project in order to make this project a success i need to sell the animals i am raising. the animals i raise and sell on the farm are
- nigerian dwarf goats 🐐 -all 5 does are due to kid in march
- holland lop rabbits 🐰- hopefully have a litter for easter
- lion head rabbits 🐰 - doe is pregnant and will have kits that will be ready for Christmas 🎄
- lavender & buff orpington chickens🐥 - hatch chicks all spring!
i have waiting list for all the animals let me know if you would like to get on a list or have any questions!
