RUGAR is ridiculously cute! I love him and all his facial expressions!
Before you get overly excited about his suppr fluffy self his mother has me out every 3 WEEKS! To maintain it over the last year I have grown very attached to him and his family! 4 legged and two 💙🐶 gave him some extra love today as we are missing his big sister 💙🐶🌈

I just want to be very clear as I have had some concerns, the "groomer" in my area that is advertising with the name "bubble buddies pet spa" has no affiliation with Bubble Buds mobile grooming please be aware as to not be confused.
