Dastardly Danes has welcomed Aubrey and Axels 20 month old daughter Ruca into our family as he adopted family is moving into an apartment and called me to say, she is fearful of anyone outside their family and fears this will not be a good fit for her, can she come live with us? My response was “We will be moving into RV and traveling, if she will enjoy that life bring her on over.”
She was dropped off last Saturday, it was a bit tense for 24 hours but me being me and her parents being them and Astro being her Grandpa, well…… we are truly a big happy pack now. A grandpa, son, 1/2 brother/sister, mother, father, and now daughter❣️🐾💝🙏
My heart is so filled with love. Ruca has some training to go through, to build confidence and security to feel she is safe with all strangers, I now know I am the the person to help her do this and her family can help her build her confidence with other dogs her size.

"Found in Florida! So one of the owners of a hotel, Judi was walking on the beach this morning cleaning up the junk that washed into shore and finds a bottle with a message in it. There is also some sand and 2 one dollar bills. Once we get it open and read the notes we find out that it is in fact NOT sand. It is the ashes of this woman's husband of 70 years named Gordon. She writes that He loved to travel so she sent him traveling in a bottle with a note and money for someone to call home and tell her where he landed. He started at Big Pine Key in March of 2012 and then went to Islamorada where someone found him. They added a note and sent him traveling again and he landed on our beach in Key Colony. Judi called the wife in Tennessee who was excited to know of Gordon's travels! Judi added her note, we put him in a rum bottle (you know added a little fun to his trip) with the three notes. We added another dollar in case Gordon travels far and a long distance call is needed. We will be having a memorial service or celebration of his life on our beach later today before sending him on his way again."

Our 14-year-old dog Abbey died last month. The day after she passed away my 4-year-old daughter Meredith was crying and talking about how much she missed Abbey. She asked if we could write a letter to God so that when Abbey got to heaven, God would recognize her. I told her that I thought we could so, and she dictated these words:
Dear God,
Will you please take care of my dog? She died yesterday and is with you in heaven. I miss her very much. I am happy that you let me have her as my dog even though she got sick.
I hope you will play with her. She likes to swim and play with balls. I am sending a picture of her so when you see her you will know that she is my dog. I really miss her.
Love, Meredith
We put the letter in an envelope with a picture of Abbey and Meredith and addressed it to God/Heaven. We put our return address on it. Then Meredith pasted several stamps on the front of the envelope because she said it would take lots of stamps to get the letter all the way to heaven. That afternoon she dropped it into the letterbox at the post office. A few days later, she asked if God had gotten the letter yet. I told her that I thought He had.
Yesterday, there was a package wrapped in gold paper on our front porch addressed, 'To Meredith' in an unfamiliar hand. Meredith opened it. Inside was a book by Mr. Rogers called, 'When a Pet Dies.' Taped to the inside front cover was the letter we had written to God in its opened envelope. On the opposite page were the picture of Abbey & Meredith and this note:
Dear Meredith,
Abbey arrived safely in heaven. Having the picture was a big help and I recognized her right away.
Abbey isn't sick anymore. Her spirit is here with me just like it stays in your heart. Abbey loved being your dog. Since we don't need our bodies in heaven, I don't have any pockets to keep your picture in so I am sending it back to you in this little book for you to keep and have something to remember Abbey by.
Thank you for the beautiful letter and thank your mother for helping you write it and sending it to me. What a wonderful mother you have. I picked her especially for you. I send my blessings every day and remember that I love you very much. By the way, I'm easy to find. I am wherever there is love.

My friend is fostering a beautiful GD, these beautiful puppies were just delivered by c-section @1:47 central standard time. They will be available through Rocky’s rescue in 2-3 months 🐾💝

Every morning in Frankfurt, Germany, you might catch a glimpse of Jenny, a horse who goes on a long walk every morning, all by herself. She has been taking the same route every morning for 14 years, ever since her owner, now 79 years old, became unable to ride. She enjoys greeting all of the familiar faces along the way, and she stops and gets treats and pettings from some of her favorite humans. The locals treat her like a celebrity and happily clean up after her. A piece of paper is attached to her halter that reads, "My name is Jenny. I didn't run away, I'm just walking. Thank you." But the police get calls frequently from people who don't know about the arrangement. They are very familiar with the horse and the owner, and there have been no incidents in 14 years. A local veterinarian gives her routine checkups and continues to find her to be healthy and showing no anxiety about her unique lifestyle. 🐎 ♥️

Axel has finally figured out my chair now that there is space for me to sit in the couch lol. I have to say, they all have been on top off me since Winston’s passing comforting me and each other 🐾💝. We all miss him.

This gorgeous 5 month old Male Mantle is looking for his forever family. He is located in Nevada and is Euro and and American. He must go to a family with Grat Dane knowledge and experience. He has already had one bad experience and we are not going to repeat that for him.
He will be a good size boy when full grown.
He has a great temperament, kind, sweet, playful, he has shown much improvement oh his hours training after being returned by the first family for being a puppy. He was also traumatized by their young child and he has shown much improvement there as well.
We would prefer a family with older children or a family that understands that the size of dane puppy and that they need training and discipline to Connie to be the most excellent canine companion they can be

We have one super amazing and special puppy left, AJ, the first born. He is just over 3 months old utd on vaccinations, dewormed and vet checked. He is crate trained, doggy door savvy, cat safe, great in cars, safe for any dogs or children of any age. He has the best temperament ever. He is quiet, calm, loving yet playful. He also will amuse himself with toys, however, I do want him to go to a home with at least one other dog or young adult for companionship.
He is 50/50 European and American AKC without papers.
Please send me a direct message if you are interested. I am not asking an insane amount of money for him just a safe loving forever home. We are Located in AZ.

Here is our puppy of the day! He is a gorgeous Blue Piebald. He is also 2 months old and 50/50 European and American. As all our puppies he sweet, loving, playful, great with other dogs, cats, and children of all ages. He is great in the car and still 👀 4 his 4evr 🏡 & 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. 🐾💝
