Some of you may know that our salon manager and our bather unexpectedly lost their sister recently. If you have kids or even if you want to donate candy, come out and honor her memory and help her daughter have a good Halloween ♥️

This poor little girl will miss out on trick or treating tonight due to the unexpected passing of her mother. Come out and support her this Sunday. The family will also be accepting donations.

🚨 MEDICAL EMERGENCY: Melo’s Urinary Obstruction! 🚨

Two days ago, we got an email about a 4 year old English Bulldog with one of our partner shelters who had multiple stones obstructing his urethra, which is an emergency for male dogs as it was restricting his ability to pass urine.

We ran to get him yesterday afternoon, and he is in surgery NOW to correct the issue. Any surgeries at all are high risk for our flat-faced friends, and this is actually the first time we’ve had a dog with this particular problem. We’re grateful to our vet for getting him in quickly!

We need to raise $1000 to pay for Melo’s surgery today. Can you help?

I want to start this post by thanking all of my amazing clients who have supported this business and allowed us to be a part of yours and your pups’ lives for the last 3 years. We want to continue to serve the dogs of our community and in order to do so we need to address a growing problem with no shows and late cancellations that are negatively impacting our business.

Up until now we have been able to use our discretion in order to be lenient when enforcing our cancellation and no show policies due to certain unforeseen or emergent circumstances. However, due to a continuing increase in no shows, late cancellations and the treatment myself and my staff have received when enforcing our policies, effective immediately we will have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for no shows and late cancellations. It is unfortunate that we have to make this decision but we will no longer be able to provide any exceptions and will require all fees to be paid before a new appointment may be scheduled. This is not a decision we want to make but unfortunately it has become a serious problem that is affecting the way our business runs and our ability to stay in business.

Thank you for understanding our need to enforce such policies.
