Just a reminder as a business we have the right to establish policies and as a client you have the right to refuse to agree to or abide by our policies to allow us to groom your pup and being upset by these policies is fine and understandable. However, hostility, demands, threats, trespassing and attempting to defame our business are NOT tolerated behaviors and you will be removed from the property and banned from the salon. My staff does not deserve this kind of treatment regardless of how tense an interaction may be. Thank you to all of our amazing clients who make all of these kinds of interactions worth it ♥️
