Puppy update: I know we have some families eagerly awaiting a litter of Chesapeakes. Our girls have very long periods of time between cycles (10 months-1 year at times). If we are busy during a heat cycle or know we will be busy when puppies are expected, we have opted to not breed that cycle. It’s been a whole year since our last litter! We are planning on breeding Storms next heat cycle. We are also hoping to breed Tinkerbell on her next heat cycle but will dependent on hunt testing since Ron has been working on her masters and finished tests.

So we are hoping to have 1, maybe 2, litters in 2025. Storm is deadgrass and will be bred to another deadgrass. Tinkerbell is brown and we will most likely repeat breed with Willie. Stay tuned for 2025 and thank you so much for your patience 🥰🥰

Mock Hunt Event
Saturday, Sept. 14th
8-4:30

This is a really fun event for new and experienced dog/hunters! We will have two setups, replicating a field hunt and a pond hunt. This is about as close as you can get to replicating a real hunt.

The cost is $100 per dog and includes, two live shot pigeons, 4 dead duck retrieves and two shackled bird retrieves. Dogs that I've trained in the past get a 25% discount. Current dogs in training, if ready will get their own spot included with their monthly fee! All equipment is provided but you can feel free to bring your own dog blind and/gun. We will provide live shells and paid workers for the setups!!!
