The Bernese are doing great! We went to the vet this week for rabies shots and Rawsco was 93lbs and sage 45! They are growing and maturing perfectly.

Ok y’all!!!! Puppies are thriving….eyes are opening, they are developing personalities, growing like weeds and they even had their 1st nail trim today!

Now that we know everyone is doing well we are officially taking deposits on these 3!

Frank is absolutely a tank!! He is probably twice the size of his little sister Mia! At just 2 short weeks of age he already requires a solid 2 hands to pick up! He is big y’all! As you would imagine, Frank loves to eat and really only makes a peep when he is hungry. He is very much a gentle giant, intreated in giving quick snuggles and being put back to bed. 😆 He is my favorite!

Spots quickly took the favorite color award (at birth) and has held onto that title thus far, she is hands down the most beautiful little girl I have ever seen. her black eyeliner is stunning. She is very energetic and wiggly, twists and turns when you pick her up so I think she will be very playful as she grows but is very quiet. She is leading her siblings in development, she was the 1st to open her eyes and is already standing and attempting to walk on all 4’s 🐾

Mia is a teeny tiny little girl but oh so fierce! She doesn’t let anyone push her around, she is the 1st to latch on when nursing and the last to fall off when mom says “enough” 😂 she is just a step behind her siblings as her eyes haven’t yet opened but that should be happening any day now. She gets around the quickest and has no problem climbing over even Frank the Tank to get the best ni**le or cushy sleeping spot! She will be bossy I’m sure! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Puppies are 2 weeks old as of yesterday (Friday) and they will be ready for their new homes at 9 weeks of age after a series of dewormer and 2 rounds of puppy 💉’s. AKC registered

We have decided to branch out! As we are still working cycle after cycle to get Duchess bred we have made the choice to add Bernese Mountain Dogs to our line up!

As most of you know we got our Male, Rawsco last year to help protect the chickens from predators! He has been an AMAZING dog and we are absolutely in love with him……well, today we decided to get him a lady friend!

Well…..I don’t have good news to deliver about the girls. Neither one of them are pregnant! Which isso weird because with the 2 girls we used 2 different studs, ran progesterone on one, did a wide spread AI in the other and even tested semen. The first question I got after the disappointing news was what food are they on? I said I had just switched them to Victor….that answer was followed by a dreadful NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Apparently there are many that have had nothing but bad news with their breeding stock on Victor! I had no idea….so I am disappointed, angry something with such a bad wrap would still be in the market, but we will switch food immediately, get our babies back on RAW, and try again! That’s all we can do, and pray no permanent damage was done!

Note: I know some have had a fine experience with Victor but in my experience and from the experience from those around me it is not good for bulldogs.

For welping in small spaces!!! My husband made me this custom bed last year for the Bulldogs. It was perfect for putting mom on one side and a “tub” of pus in the other. It is elevated so I can store pads, towels and wipes under and most of all it fits perfectly in our camper! Today Jesse made me a more semi permanent drop in puppy box! It is taller than the tub we were using and a lot sturdier!!

I absolutely love it!
