Little update! Flooring is done! Inspection for half wall, done! Electrical panel almost done. Sheetrock, needs to be put up! Some paint and permanent signage need to go up. We are moving along! Slowly but surely!

Got some good news on our front today! Construction Permits are approved and work can officially be started! Unfortunately, it has been a little bit of battle back and forth but we are on our way! Plumber comes in tomorrow to start!! Yippie!

Got some good news today!
Landlords inspections came back good.
Temp signage and permanent signage got approved.
Currently working with an architect to get things moving with a floor plan. Then onto more planning with the town and county.
Things slowed down for a bit but it’s looking like it’s on the up and up! 🐩✂️🫶🏻
