Wow!! What an awesome turnout last night for the candidate forum. 21 candidates (Republican and Democrat) spoke and told the audience their plans for the future if elected. I, Michele, personally want to thank everyone for coming out and supporting them. I don’t think a lot of people realize how hard being a candidate can be on an individual and their families. Countless hours are missed away from their families to attend events like last night, knock on doors and help spread the word about their platforms. Yes, I do realize this is a choice they make. So let’s do our part and go vote for the one we feel is qualified!

We had a great turnout and the honor of meeting Senator Chris McDaniel. He has alot of great ideas for Mississippi. People should really take the time to meet him in person before they get an opinion of what they see and hear from other media outlets. Honestly that should be done about anyone, regardless whether or not they are running for a political position.
