Trenching in the electric line to the new indoor arena! Excited to have lights and power! The lighting plan has 420,000 lumens inside! I think that should be bright enough! lol. Next to figure out is a speaker system. If anyone is an expert on dustproof speaker systems let me know!

Catching and leading Boon after his first groundwork session in the round pen. Notice when he takes his head away, my hand goes with his head (keeping pressure on while he’s doing the wrong thing) and I take my hand away when his head comes back to center (rewarding the right thing).

An example of what a yearling stud colt (or any horse!) should look like at the end of a round pen session. Notice his head low, content to stand in one spot, not feeling the need to move around, licking and chewing periodically. If your horse can’t stand still by itself ‘over there’ how do you expect it to stand still at the mounting block or for the farrier or holding the American flag at a rodeo during the National Anthem? Good horses start right here.
