FYI Going forward we are going to have to implement a few changes. As you know we don't crate your fur babies. Nor do we intend to start. We groom by appts and do not keep them all day . With that being said going forward there will be an additional charge of $10.00 for every 30 minutes you are late picking up. We absolutely hate doing this. But when someone is late it holds us up and we can't move on to the next client. We will continue sending a text letting you know when they are almost ready as we have always done in the past. Please know we love your fur babies like our own and we appreciate your business.
