This parrots are smart! Besides learning to talk, these parakeets are known to be great at learning tricks. Some have been taught to string beads on a rope, twirl sticks about their head, ring a bell, and pick up selected objects.They are a large parakeet, sought after for the superiority in their form and beauty, their ability to speak, their intelligence and trainability, and because they are easy to train.

Activities:
Parakeets are very energetic birds! Besides flying, which is important for all parakeets, these birds love to chew! Be sure you provide them with lots of assorted toys and wood chews, perches and swings.

CARE AND FEEDING.

They also enjoy the same nutritional foods humans eat, including cooked chicken. Cooked beans, rice, and grains are also enjoyed, but soft foods like these will spoil in about 4 hours. An occasional millet spray is a nice treat.

We currently have varieties of color mutation Violet , turquoise, yellow, green , lutano just to name a few.

We have 20 baby Cockatiels handfeeding now! These little ones just arrived and are very sweet. They should be weaned in 3-4 weeks depending on their age. We have many different colors/mutations to choose from! Stop in the visit these little guys today. We are open 9am-8pm.

Stacy was once attacked by a cat so she's really skeptical and uncomfortable around cats but she does well around other pets. She is hand tamed and is full of surprises.
