Kim Snell-Zarcone, Camp Hill Borough Council

Kim Snell-Zarcone is a candidate for Camp Hill Borough Council. Kim moved to the Borough in 2000 after graduating from Vermont Law School. She has pursued a career as an environmental attorney and currently works as the Policy Director for Conservation Pennsylvania/Conservation Voters of Pennsylvania/The League of Conservation Voters. Kim has been married to Tom Zarcone, her high school sweetheart

, for sixteen years. They have two daughters, Isabella and Scarlett. Bella is a 7th grader at the middle school and Scarlett is a 4th grader. Kim is a Director of Central Penn Field Hockey Club, an elite field hockey program based in Mechanicsburg. Kim has just started Camp Hill Field Hockey Club, a recreational program for K-7th grade athletes. She also has a deep love for animals and volunteers with Homeward Bound Animal Rescue. Kim looks forward to gaining election to the Borough Council and pursuing initiatives that will green our community and preserve the unique setting that is Camp Hill.
