Happy Sunday everyone!

One of the top things that is important to Pawsitive Grooming is a disinfected working space for all clients and myself and partner. We work actively to ensure our work space is deliberately maintained. While after every groom tools and the groom room are disinfected, we ensure to monthly clean all fans, filters, blowers, shop vacs, soap bottles, tool boxes, walls, grooming tables, floors take down shower curtains, backdrops to wash and so much more.

Our most recent adventure as a family 🤍 Hugo and Petra were so spoiled and enjoyed their time.
We hiked Mile Rock Beach and biked from the pier to the Golden Gate Bridge, walked the beautiful monumental structure of The Place of Fine Arts & walked the park to see The Painted Ladies.

The dogs got to experience something similar to the life style of “True Life of Pets” being in the city..😅🐶

We got home and when it was time to get up and get back into the routine they weren’t having it. They simply took over our pillows and stayed tucked in. 🥱🤣🫣

🐾Good Morning everyone, as we are making our way into OCTOBER we are slowly, but somehow miraculously, making our way into the holidays already. With this being said, PUT ON YOUR HOLIDAY TO DO LIST “GET PET SCHEDULED FOR GROOMING ASAP.” 📝🔔

🐾If you are a current client, I very much recommend you start booking your October, November, December appointments now. I am booking into October as of today, 16 August. Please understand that I am a sole proprietor, and have a family of my own alongside the business. I always strive to do my best at getting clients in; in a reasonable timeframe, however, a message such as “I want to get Lilly in this week” will not be possible as the holiday seasons come around. With that being said, it shows the respect that you have for me when booking your appointments in advance, and not requesting an appointment the same week and is GREATLY appreciated.

🐾If you are a new prospective client, and you’re trying to get your pet groomed for the holiday season and your pet has not been groomed within recommend guide lines. If your pet is severely matted/pelted, there is a very high likelihood that I will not be able to get you in (WITHOUT 3-4 weeks prior scheduling) and if I do have the ability to get you in, please understand that there is going to be extra charges that apply. Grooming is to keep dogs, healthy, and feeling confident. It is not whenever it is convenient for us as a Pet Parents to get our dogs groomed. It is a necessity and cruel to think otherwise.

🐾 It is crucial that your pet receives regular pet grooming in order to maintain their health and happiness. Pet grooming services remove painful tangles and matts from your pet’s hair, as well as dirt, allergens, and other debris that can cause skin problems and discomfort. As your groomer I also check their skin, coat, eyes, ears, mobility, and teeth for early warning signs of medical problems.

🐾 Just as busy as you are I am too. I am also human and have other responsibilities outside of my business; which is very much prioritized. Please be mindful that as the holiday seasons come, I have family needs to attend to as well, as I hold a very high standard to provide for my wonderful community, it is nearly impossible to meet everyone’s needs, patience is appreciated, and your understanding is a gift!

⛈️As the rare storm in California Hilary approaches us; let’s be mindful of the anxieties that our animals might endure with the different sound of ranging winds and weather changes. 🗣️There should be no reason that your animal is left unattended outside, in conditions you wouldn’t be outside in.

🏡💨⛈️If you are away from home because you have to work and are in my community and hold any concern that your pet may be suffering from severe anxiety or your home is not fully secure please reach out to us. My self and JC will be readily available to help as we can.

I understand a lot of us are accustomed to much bigger storms however, my focus to consider our pets. Please SHARE within our community.

🤩Need a consult for your pets, diet and nutrition? Stay tuned for November, 2023. I will be certified in pet nutrition and dieting and will be able to discuss basic nutrition, regulations, governing commercial pet food, and the dietary needs of dogs, cats, birds, small mammals, reptiles, and horses. I will be able to teach you about the proper balance of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals for each species, as well as how to decipher pet food labels. I cannot wait to educate my community on how to provide their pets with the best nutrition.

🤩Pet massage therapy will be available at Pawsitive Grooming in November, 2023. I will have the ability to soothe and calm your dogs and cats through touch. This improves the human animal relationship and promotes trust and bonding. I will have the benefit of having a calm animal on the grooming table, which allows them to move swiftly through the process of grooming without the problems That heavy-handed groomers experience. Being a certified pet massage therapist I will be able to minimize discomfort and pain to help pets, recover from injuries, or soothe the aches of elderly pets, and have the ability to create a more positive experience because I have an enhanced knowledge of canine anatomy and acute awareness of touch zones. I will have my memory jogged through this course on general anatomy and physiology, I will be educated on principles and concepts for different types of massage.
