After having grown up with Golden Retrievers breeding was something that always interested me, leading me to want to share my experience and love from a dog like I had as a child. Being able to grow up with my two Golden Retrievers Rudy and Dallas, who were mother and daughter. They showed me what unconditional love from a dog was and it is something I will cherish forever. Those two dogs are what

has led me to do what makes me feel joy and fulfilment, breeding well-tempered family dogs for everyone to love and enjoy. Luna was and has been a continuously fantastic mother to all her pups. Some she has seen since leaving to go with to their new homes and instantly shows them the utmost love! Our little Pip Pip hopes everyone has a Merry Christmas tomorrow 🧡 Pippin has definitely been getting so much love during this holiday season! She reminds us so much of her dad Rucker with her goofy and playful personality and has the beautiful curly coat like her mama Luna. We can’t wait to see what the future has in store for this sweet girl! 🥰

Everyone please show some love to our Massachusetts girly Stella! She is definitely following in her father’s footsteps as you can see from the picture of her smiling. 💜 Stella has experienced so many new things since moving up north, from making new friends at doggy daycare to her first snow and she absolutely loves it! We can’t wait to see pictures of her once they get a few feet of snow. One thing I’ve heard the most about this litter is almost all of the puppies love to play fetch, including Stella who could play nonstop just like her parents ☺️

Meet Callie aka our beach girl! She gets the pleasure of growing up in one of the most beautiful places in SC 🩵 Recently she graduated from kinderpuppy school as her mom calls it and of course she passed with flying colors! Callie is such a pretty girl and reminds me so much of Luna with her curly coat. ☺️ We can’t wait to see what she looks like all grown up!

Sandy girl is living her best life with so many cousins and friends to play with! As you can see she loves playing tug of war with the big dogs and then crashes on the couch by the Christmas tree ❤️ She is loved by so many and her family couldn’t be more happy to have her in their lives!

Little miss Skye Jazmine has grown into such a beautiful pup who reminds me so much of her grandpa Hunt, Ruckers dad. She is a quick learner and is becoming quite the retriever when it comes to playing fetch, she just needs to learn how to catch the ball 🤣 When she isn’t playing fetch with her mom you can find her with her big brother Fenway who is teaching her manners and to not act so foolish at times! We have enjoyed watching Skye grow and can’t wait to see what the future holds for her! 🩷

Say hello to Mr. Harvey Sloane! He is the talk of the town everywhere he goes and loves to meet new people. He has been on many adventures from visiting friends in Charleston to cheering on his favorite cousin at her lacrosse tournament in Georgia where he became the team mascot! When Harvey isn’t traveling with his mama you can find him playing with his best friends Maverick and Jasper, and sometime he may even be cuddling with his fur brother Phoenix if he isn’t cuddling with his mama 😉 Looking forward to see you soon Harvey boy 💙

It’s time for 6 month puppy updates! ☺️ first up is none other than our little Charlie boy who isn’t so small anymore. He was 8oz at birth and now is right at 50 pounds! Charlie loves to play with toys, dig in the yard with his sister, chew on sticks, and getting brushed. His family says he has become great at cuddling and can’t believe how big his paws are! If he isn’t playing with his fur sister Honey you can find him curled up on the couch by his human brother or sister 🩶 can’t wait to see this sweet boy and his family again soon!

To say I’m proud is an understatement! After 7 FastCAT runs Rucker boy earned his BCAT title with his fastest speed of 24.67mph 💨 he has gotten faster with every run so we can’t wait to see how fast he gets over time. He also tried CAT for the first time this weekend and passed three courses to earn his CA title 👏🏼

We are so thankful for our good friends at Upstate Revival Retrievers for letting us tag along with them to all the events. Their golden Benelli also received her CA title today and we couldn’t be more proud of her!

Stay tuned to see Rucker earn his DCAT next year 🤞🏼

Time to introduce the newest member of our pack! This sweet girl is Pippin, she is from our most recent litter and she lives in a guardian home with our good friend Kaitie Gilbert and her family 🧡🫶🏼 When we made the decision to keep a puppy from Luna and Rucker’s litter this little orange girl stuck out right away! She reminds us so much of Rucker, with a little bit of sass from her mama Luna! We can’t wait to watch Pippin grow and once she completes her health testing she will officially join our program!

Happy birthday to our Chopper boy! 🧡 Chopper joined our family last year and now lives in a guardian home with my grandparents who spoil him rotten!

A little bit about Chopper, he has the sweet and gentle temperament of a golden retriever but when you get him and Rucker together they play so hard nonstop from playing tug to wrestling in the yard. I use to always tell people that Rucker loves to play fetch but boy does Chopper LOVE it even more! I swear he could run all day after a tennis ball so he definitely keeps my grandparents busy 🤣

We have loved watching him grow over this past year and couldn’t be more happy with the handsome dog he has become! We are excited for the future plans with Chopper 🫶🏼

A day late but Happy 3rd birthday to our 2021 litter! I can’t believe it’s been 3 years since we had our very first litter who will always hold a special place in our heart ❤️🫶🏼

All is good over at the O’Shields house! Besides not having power or cell phone service us and the dogs are doing okay! Us and the pups have plenty of food and water (thank you Lori Snearey O'Shields for getting us a generator, best mother in-law ever). Thankfully the water came back on yesterday and we are no longer under a boil advisory anymore. Hope everyone is staying safe and praying we will have power by the end of the week 🤞🏼

A few weeks ago we finally were able to have our pool party for the 2022 litter💦 🎉 It was so good to see some of our puppies and all of the dogs that were able to attend! We will definitely be doing a pool party next year and we hope that more puppies will be able to join us! 💙❤️

How has it already been 8 weeks since these sweet puppies were born! We can’t wait to watch all of them grow with their new families ☺️

Most of the puppies have went to their furever homes and the rest will be leaving soon so I’ll add those pictures once they go home! ❤️

Seven Weeks 🐾☀️

I’m a day late but it’s hard to believe the puppies are 7 weeks old, it feels like yesterday they were being born! I can’t believe in just one short week some of these puppies will be leaving the nest and joining their new families in their furever homes! Puppies went to the vet on Monday where they got a clean bill of health as well as their first car ride which went better than expected! They have finally been able to spend a little bit of time outside, even if it was only for 10 minutes 😅
