We have quit breeding. I'm aware that there's SCAMMERS posting in comments
I've deleted what all I could find for now. I will be shutting this business page down soon. All my puppy owner's are in our private group and my personal page.
It was a wonderful experience producing my heart's desire. I'm so very grateful for each & every one of you.
Please ignore any requests in comments asking you to join Great Dane groups or rescues. They are SCAMMERs.
There are many Good reputable groups to join and share your love of the breed. Here's a few that I know of,
Dane Obsession, Love Danes, Just type in Great Danes in your search and you'll find many groups.
I'm so sorry to have to make the choice to stop breeding but I just can't justify adding to the overflowing of Great Danes available now.
I Do Hope & Pray, more will follow my lead. It's been the pleasure of my life these wonderful friendships and family I've made along the way. I'm always available for anything Dane related, to help. I am not a rescue, but I do like to help in finding Danes a Good Home when needed, if I'm able.
I urge many of you to realize what I have, There's just too many being produced now. It's not hard to figure out, just watching other breeders trying hard to find good homes for their puppies. They're Not Selling! Trying to "Hard Sell" a Dane puppy is Not the way to go. Anyone not familiar with the breed, or anyone who's not well informed about the breed, Is Not going to work out with that puppy, you talked them into. They are Not going to have the Loving Cherished Home they deserve. Then they end up in even worse hands. This is Not your average dog. Most are Not truly prepared to raise this breed.
It absolutely breaks my heart knowing that Every Shelter & Rescue are Full of unwanted Danes now. 💔
Please Stop the Madness.

Last chance! I kept a journal of ppl waiting for a puppy specifically from MMD, but our baby boy Legend ate it! I have No plans of breeding, unless I have at least 4 truly wanting a Dumplin from us. We have 3 in heat now. So, Do I let them get married?

Sunday Sermon

If you ever doubt the magnificence of God, I want you to stop and consider the existence of dogs.

Dogs…

Someone created a creature so gentle and loving that it will sleep in your bed, cuddle a human infant, rest on the couch watching TV with you, and nuzzle you out of a funk when you are feeling down.

This same creature is smart enough to sniff out drugs or bombs, capable of helping blind folks get around, and fierce enough to stop one human from hurting another.

This is a carnivore that could probably eat you, if he wanted to; instead, he submits to your will, adapts to your world, and lives to make your life better.

This is also the most forgiving creature on the planet. You can (although u shouldn’t) mistreat a dog, and it will continue to love u.

It’s the most resilient creature on Earth. You can (although u shouldn’t) abandon a dog, and it can learn to love and thrive with a new human family.

Dogs can pull sleds, herd sheep, detect changes in blood sugar, play frisbee with you, and fetch ducks or birds for you to eat.

They are also perfect companions for hikes, camping, or drinks on the patio.

Dogs will fight a bear for you. Or they will comfort you when you are sick.

They’ll swim with you in the summer, and — in the winter — they’ll hunker down in a snow fort with you, gleefully catching the snowballs your children hurl in your direction.

If you ever doubt the magnificence of God, ask yourself whether you can truly have faith that dogs were an accident. …that a bunch of chemicals and molecules swirled around the universe by random chance until, one day, humans were blessed with companions willing to sit, stay, lay down, rollover, shake, or die for them.

That’s the place to put your doubt.

There’s no chance such a creature was created by anything other than a magnificent God.

You know that you are a Great Dane owner when,

*the sound of running water makes you jump up and yell, "OUTSIDE!"
*you tell your dog to sit, and he backs up until he finds a chair or lap.
*you walk your dog and everyone knows him by name, but you have no idea who these people are
*you can carry on a conversation with a dog's muzzle firmly in your crotch
*you own a dog capable of pulling someone from a porta potty
*your dog can hide an entire tennis ball (among other things) fully inside his lips and give you that innocent look that says, "What? I'm not eating anything!"
*you carry a tape measure with you when shopping for a new vehicle
*you keep at least one color-coded "drool towel" in every room of your house
*after banishing your husband, the snoring in your bedroom still keeps you awake
*you are hiking with a friend who later suggests that you ought to have an environmental impact statement done on your dog
*visitors enter the house holding their privates protectively
*you toss your dog a ball and cringe when he almost hits his head on the top of the doorway
*you take your dog for a ride and he rests his head on your arm, causing you to make random right turns
*you have given up on water dishes and you just use the bathtub ( we are looking into making sure we have a bath and a half so that one toilet can be used for the dogs exclusively. That way it can be flushed a few times a day and you won't have drool all in their water dishes. I kid you not.)
*your two dogs decide to play in the house, and they end up pulling the ceiling fan down -- for the second time
*you have to move over when brushing your teeth because your dog wants a drink
*you show a picture of your dogs and kids together, and the first person you point out is your dog
*while stopped at a stop light, everyone stares as your car rocks back and forth because the dog is panting out the window
*you go to vacuum your car and most of the fur is up there on the ceiling
*you avoid the dogs on your way out the door, so they won't smear your makeup
*you've learned to force a smile when asked "do you have a saddle for that thing?"
*the monthly dog budget exceeds your home mortgage payment
*your veterinarian has been able to put in a swimming pool, build a large home, buy jet skis and a personal plane
*you have had to train your dog not to lick dishes, and the dishes are in the sink
*the donuts you put on top of the refrigerator are gone when you get home and your dog has powdered sugar on his nose
*your dog can see what you're cooking, and he tries to assist you in the preparation
*you're holding him straddled between your legs when the doorbell rings, you take a short (but fast!) ride straight to the door
*the pizza delivery people tell you to meet them at the end of the sidewalk
*your dog stands in your lap and reaches over you to stick his head in the drive-through window at Mac Donald's and nearly gives the cashier a heart attack when she turns around to give you your change
*you purchase a large screen TV and you still can't see the program when he stands in front of the television.🐾😂🥰🐾

True love for animals Always wins 💜

Last kiss: I'll never forget the day my mom called me in a panic "Janna, you've got to convince your daddy to get rid of that horse, it's gonna kill him!". Major (AKA "Major Deal" as mama named him) was a young and vicious stallion when dad bought him. He "couldn't be broke". The men who owned him previously had used a technique to break horses that involved beatings and tying his head tightly between two posts where they left him standing without food or water for 4 weeks. Major stood strong. When dad brought him home, he barreled through five strands of fence within minutes of arriving and he'd Bite and strike at anyone within distance. My dad never broke him.... he earned his heart. Every single day, for hours and hours dad, worked to earn that abused horse's trust. Love won and after two full years, Major allowed my dad to ride him. When dad would go out, Major would kiss him on the head over and over. They had a bond that only horse people could ever understand. It seemed only fitting to let Major say goodbye. This is Major's last kiss.
