These crazy puppers sure do love the water! We had a trip up to sunburst to let out some energy🤪 Some boxers don’t love the water but 2/3 of ours do. Poor Izzy not so much 😅

Due to no fault of their own these 3 handsome boys are looking for their furever homes 💕 Goose, the white male, Morgan the fawn male yellow collar and Jim the fawn male with the green collar. I wanted to post them here to give all of our Papertown Pups followers a shot at giving these adorable dudes a home before I posted them elsewhere. If you are interested or need more details please shoot us a message or share this post in hopes of finding these boys a great home!

The puppies had a great visit at the vet today! They all got their shots and a dose of dewormer. They are growing like weeds and the vet said they all look amazing especially considering how many of them there are 😅

The pups went outside for the first time today 🐾 but it was already waaaay too hot so they only stayed out for a few minutes lol. After breakfast and a quick little play time they are worn out! They are growing so fast! I’ll try and get an updated weight today to share with you all. They will be 5 weeks old on Wednesday.

I tried to grab some pictures today of the puppies having lunch 🍴As soon as they were done straight to nap time 😴 Their mush is soaked puppy food mixed with puppy formula. I then run it through a blender and *tah-dah* a gourmet meal is served 💕

Annnnd a small photo dump of the last couple of days. We get them each out (2-3) at a time and let them roam around and socialize with Dad and Aunt Izz. They LOVE these little potatoes. Pearl is to the point of motherhood where she enjoys having someone else occupy them 😂 I can’t get over how quickly they are growing. In about a month they will all be going to their new homes 😢🥲

The babies had their first taste of puppy mush today! 🐶 To say they were excited is an understatement🐾🐾. They all rushed off to a puppy pile with full bellies for a nap 💤
Mama Pearl is happy to finally have a little bit of a break. Oh and the babes are big enough now to fit in their new collars which are adorable!

Sorry I have been slacking on updates. With Mama Pearls mastitis I have been super focused on her. She has seemed to perk up some already! These babies are growing like crazy and starting to walk on all 4’s. They are still mostly just sleeping and eating. We have one boy (orange collar- C**t) who is leading the pack weighing 3 lbs today!

We are at the vet again with Mama Pearl. Poor thing can’t catch a break 😢 She does have a temp we are waiting now to hear from the dr. We are thinking mastitis again but not 100% sure yet. I’ll let y’all know as soon as we know!
Update- Fever 103.5, engorged tests and they are going to do some blood work.
Update 2- bloodwork came back looking better than what the suspected. He really thinks it’s lingering mastitis. She is going to be on a 10 days antibiotic (she was given7 days last time) and an anti inflammatory. We are also going to supplement a few pups at each feeding just to give her a little break.

Man these babies are growing like crazy! We have one little fella Mr. Bullet who is a tad smaller than the others so he is getting a little extra attention these days. He’s just as chipper as the rest. His litter mates are bigger(as you can tell in the second picture) and he gets kicked off the buffet sometimes. He takes well to Pearl and to the the bottle thankfully. I’m sure when they start puppy mash he will catch up quickly🥰
Also I am still working on our list and waiting to hear back from a few people. As soon as I get to your name I will be messaging you so please keep an eye out for that!
Ohhh and we now have one baby, Mr.C**t who has one eye open! I’m sure it’s just a matter of a few days and they will all start opening 💖

Someone is feeling a little better already 😊 I am doing warm compresses. She doesn’t seem to be in nearly as much pain as she was last night thankfully! Y’all keep the prayers coming. I’m sure it’s a chore to feed 11 babies as it is, especially when your “bottles” hurt.

So the vet here seems to think it is mastitis. (She had a bout with it her first litter too) They are going to do a smear test and look at her milk under the microscope. The trembling and weird breathing is probably from the pain. They are wanting to treat her with antibiotics which are thankfully safe for the babies too. Unfortunately they can’t give her anything for the pain because she is nursing. She said within 24 hours of the antibiotic we should see some improvement. If not take her to our regular vet for a recheck. Thank you all for the well wishes and prayers.
*The smear showed that there is definitely infection in the teet. I’m so grateful it doesn’t seem to be anything too serious. She said her heart and lungs sound great and she looks hydrated now.

If you don’t mind saying a little prayer for Mama Pearl I would really appreciate it. We are currently at the er vet. She started to tremble and I noticed her gums were super pale and her breathing was shallow. She does seem to have a teet that looks engorged so I’m hoping it’s a simple case of mastitis. She is being seen now. I will update you as soon as I know more. I love this girl more than y’all know!

All the puppies are thriving. I don’t know how but Mama Pearl is a champ! They are all gaining weight and their little eyes should start opening next week!

These sweet little “ABC litter” babes went for tail docking and dewclaw removal today. The vet said they all look amazing, are a great size especially considering how large the litter was and all look really healthy!

Mama and babies are all doing great this morning!! Pearl is eating like a horse and so are the little potatoes. Look at this handsome little dude! He’s so fancy with his one little eyebrow 🥰 I can’t wait to share with you all the NAMES today.
( I have to wait for the mail to run because the collars I ordered were too big and more are coming today)

This is what 11 beautiful healthy newborn boxer puppies look like! 8 boys and 3 girls. Pearl is doing such an amazing job! I couldn’t be more proud of her! Mom and pups are all doing great!

Pearl just had another beautiful brown boy! I was kind of not expecting it because it had been nearly 2.5 hours. He was born out of the sack but breathing!!
Now we have 7 boys and 2 girls!

I could sit and watch this sweet little Mama all day! These babes are a movin and a shakin today 💕. I love this whole process! Well maybe except the waiting part as I’m not the most patient person in the world 🤣
Restless night!
Mama Pearl had a really restless night. Our puppy camera went off over 100 times between midnight and 7am! The last time she did this we had puppies the next day! #puppywatch2022 maybe #mothersdaypuppies
Mama Pearl had her pre-pup visit at the Vet today!
Pearl did so good today at Evergreen Veterinary Hospital! She is literally the sweetest girl ever. Dr.Ulke said she looks great. He definitely sees 9 puppies but suspects there may be at least one more. She already has one pup in the camber so to speak 😅. Mama Pearl also had her nails trimmed today and was rewarded for being the best girl with a pupcup from Starbucks. Now we continue to play the waiting game!
Plump little Mama
Please ignore my baby talk but look at my sweet little Mama Pearl! This girl gets bigger everyday and the naps are endless 🤣 Only 6 more days until we get to see what she’s cooking!
So unfortunately it looks like we are going to stick with our initial plan of fostering Miss Saddie Mae, until we can find her an amazing home. Mama Pearl is now not taking too kindly to this sweet couch potato. I’m afraid with Pearls changing hormones and possible puppies soon this may not be the best situation for our home. I couldn’t handle myself if something happened to her or future puppies. So with that being said please share this post in hopes that we can find her an amazing home!! She will be 3 on April 24th. Her previous owner told me that she is an Olde English Bulldog. She is 94lbs of furniture 😂 Saddie is fixed and is up to date on shots and flea and tick prevention. We leave her unattended at home when we aren’t here and she literally sleeps on the couch the whole time! She has had ZERO accidents in the house and doesn’t mess with anything or chew. She will really be a great addition to any home! We love her so so much but have to look out for her best interest. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions or would like to meet the sweetest couch potato you have ever met!

2 snuggly puppies on this freezing cold day 🥶 Izzy in the back and her 5 month old niece Everest Jane (Rose) are pretty much inseparable with EJ comes to visit.
Mama Pearl, Izzy and Junior got to have a play date with Everest Jane (Rose) today! When I tell you they played their hearts out I mean it!! For almost 4 hours they have gone nonstop. Then Pearl climbed into her crate followed by her sweet babe. So precious💕 You can’t see in this picture but Izzy and Junior passed out beside them too 😴 thanks Christia and Jesse for letting her hangout with us today!
