Hi everyone! Jane here, I wanted to let you know, that with a very heavy heart I am closing Ruff Day. This is a very difficult/emotional decision, but we need to be open 7 days a week and neither Elysia nor I are able to do so at this time.

I know this is a much valued and needed service we offer, I’m hopeful you’ll find another easy way to keep your furry loved ones clean in between groomings.

With this said, we will be open ONE MORE WEEKEND for walk-in washes. Next Saturday, 6/24, and Sunday, 6/25, from 10am-3pm. All washes and nail trims will be available during these hours on both days.

If you have any unfinished loyalty punch cards, please come use it, I’ll take $1 off for each punch you’ve acquired, ie, 4 punches would get you $4 off, etc.

It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know so many amazing dog parents and families over the last two years. Thank you so much for making this such a positive experience.

I’ll be giving away hundreds of p**p bags and holders next weekend. Also, reach out if you’d like to purchase any of the tubs/dryers at a very discounted rate.

Hey everyone, Elysia here! I just wanted to say thank you to all of my customers for your loyalty and support over these last couple of years! I’m hopeful for this next adventure with you all, so bear with me as I do my best for you all and your pups!
With that being said we will be open more frequently, our new days and hours will BEGIN Monday, June 5th!** Some days have changed hours, so please be sure to double check! With that being said we will be doing away with appointments as of today June 1st.
Lastly, for the month of June we will be having 2 promotional deal days;
Tuesday will be ‘Two Furr-Tuesday’ because who doesn’t love a BOGO! And Wayback Wednesday where a wash will be $18 rather than $21.

To my amazing customers:

A little over 2 years ago we had the idea to open Ruff Day. As a first-time business owner, I’m proud to say I succeeded more than I imagined I could. I have so many wonderful life events on the horizon and my time is now going to be spent elsewhere.

My amazing daughter-in-law Elysia, who most of you have had the pleasure of knowing on Saturdays, will be trying her hand at taking over the business.

Elysia and I have come up with many ideas over the years to offer our customers, and she’s ready to take the lead and implement them. It’s going to be a trial period for her bc having a 16 month old and trying to run a business is no easy task. If after a short period of time she finds it’s too difficult to commit the time needed to do this, we will have to close; I am hopeful and optimistic this will not be the case.

I am certain you’ll show her the same love and support you have shown me, and as my new boss, she’ll hopefully let me work when she needs!

More hours open, monthly wash passes and many other things are on the horizon, so stay tuned and watch this space as we begin the transition.
