I just noticed (it's been a while since I checked) a negative review of my business. The 1st thing I did was look up the history. Sure enough, it was a very difficult young dog that needed to be muzzled. While I was carefully cutting around the dogs eyes, the owner walked to the side of my shop and rapped loudly on the window infront of my eyes! I was so startled that I stopped grooming him. I never ever cut his dog in any way. When he asked to book his next appointment, I told him to find a new groomer.
He never reported any cuts to me. Instead, he wrote a negative review, claiming I cut his dog.
I take my profession very seriously. If your dog is not having a positive experience and I am super stressed...it is time to find a better fit.
