Step 3: Make it all worth it because we're violent little sh*ts who destroy things.

I couldn't ask for a better career, nor could I ever want K-9s that aren't insane and loyal to a fault. Every single client, contract, and trip is worth it just to give these good mans purpose.

Looking forward to some interesting work coming up, as well as our new prospective hires that should be rolling with soon.

As the summer winds down we are available again to fill pet/service/protection K9 slots! While we spin up some other projects, we are hiring again as well, instruction available for those that haven't been in the field as well as handlers that want to expand their knowledge. We live on word-of-mouth and our good friends and contractors/businesses we partner with, we'd definitely love to hear from you here. Spread the good word about us as we continue to grow

Our owners had a great day yesterday at Southeast Missouri Pets doing some assessments on some of the dogs at the facility we found a couple that have the drive we are looking for but we also saw plenty of dogs that are "pre loaded" with some obedience training and most already potty trained these good mans and mamas are ready for home life and super loveable if you are looking for a dog swing by and check them out!

The boys did a great job over the weekend pulling security for the awsome ladies of Gamma Phi Beta - Zeta Delta Chapter at their pretty in pink 💗 winter formal event. Great group of respectable ladies who know how to throw a even better party! For anyone looking to join a sorority 10/10 would recommend! Oh and Gamma gals next time we'll have the gents wear the pink uniforms!

Hey everyone we had a eventful weekend spent 5hrs helping look for a couple rescued dogs that got out (near pilot house and the area of County roads 621, 642 and 645) We tracked to where they had been bedding down the female has been found but male (pictured) is still missing. Shout out to our K9 team Shawn Hinkebein and K9 Pedro as well as our rear guard Logan Reed you guys did great work today doing the explosives sweep for the Supershow at the Show Me Center. Also a shout out to WWE and for the opportunity to work for our community, and the strong line of communication, we wouldn't be able to do this with out your support!

Had a great time at the Show Me Center doing a sweep for the WWE June 11th event the other day! Our big man Alphonse kicked some serious butt! The final near the end was a training aid to give the boyo a win. Gotta keep em happy!

Our new site is live! It has been a long time in the making, and it has taken hundreds of hours of work by the amazing team we have but we are proud to finally have received our .edu website! After becoming a nationally accredited post secondary institution this past year we immediately submitted for our .edu registration. Our previous .com domain will automatically redirect you to the new website… ak9i.edu! In the coming weeks we will dividing up our staff in to teams. Anything related to training and education will be using .edu and everything else will fall under .com emails.

We are setting the standard for K-9 training and education. We are now certified through DCJS, SCHEV, SAA, and most recently ACCET to conduct K-9 training. We have an exciting year ahead of us… and we are just getting started!

We had a great time at North Elementary-Jackson R2 teaching and preparing the kids for the arrival of the school's soon to be Therapy Dog ( Guardian ) all the students were super respectful to the dogs and our handlers. They had great questions as well. Suki was there to help ease and teach both guardian and the students into the lifestyle as he is still in training.
