It's that time of year again! Bambi is waiting for our wonderful vet to come to our home for our yearly exams on all of our dogs.

We do this so every dog receives an exam, any vaccines that are due, a heartworm/Lyme snap test and any blood work for our older dogs. Once our older dogs reach the age of 8 we start doing blood work every 6 months to monitor. We also tend to start joint supplements at 8 yrs old unless they are showing signs of discomfort or arthritis sooner.

It's time for me to introduce our 8 week old litter of 4 boys from Bambi & Wilbur. These 4 boys are exactly what I expected from this cross, smart, sweet, mellow and super people focused.

Both parents are POAG clear and have eye clearances along with OFA Hips, Elbows, Patellas and cardiac.

The dog yard is getting an upgrade!! I love having a project at home, so our current project is a 2ft deep concrete barrier underground. Yes you read that correctly.

This will provide an extra measure of security so those pesky ground hogs stop trying to dig into my yard. Why they try to dig into my yard with the dogs here is beyond me. 2-3 times a day I would fill in a new ground hog hole. If I wasn't fast enough my lovely dogs would try to beat me to it so they could enjoy a wonderful stroll around the property unsupervised 🤦.

Pinto is 13 weeks old and still in search of her forever home. She could go either as a show prospect or a pet. She loves to play with the big dogs, snuggle on the couch and give all the puppy kisses. Pinto is current on her age appropriate vaccines plus deworming. I just adore her ❤️😍❤️

As our Legumes approach go home day, it seems we have 1 Legume (Pinto) still in search of her forever home!

We expect Pinto to mature right around 14-14 1/2 inches tall and 32-34lbs. She is a super loving and people focused puppy.
