Beautiful bunnies Rabbitry

The purchase of any rabbit from Beautiful bunnies Rabbitry is an automatic agreement to the following terms and policies.
𝗥𝗔𝗕𝗕𝗜𝗧𝗦
Rabbits that become available will be listed near when they are ready to go. If you are looking for a certain rabbit you can let us know but as we don’t accept deposits on unborn rabbits, we cannot guarantee a future gender or colour. We do not appreciate pestering/rushing about available rabbits.
Rabbits will not be sold under the age of 8 weeks old and some litters will be held back longer upon our discretion. This provides time to evaluate rabbits and provide care based on individual needs. Larger litters can result in smaller birth weights and slower growth before the kits begin solid foods, these litters are subject to staying here longer.
We reserve the right to cancel a sale of a rabbit at any time, for any reason before they leave our care for reasons up to, including but not limited to deeming them to be a poor fit for your home or program, deciding to keep a rabbit for our program, quality concerns and more.
𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬/𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
Beautiful bunnies Rabbitry is not responsible for arranging or paying for transport. All responsibilities cease after the rabbit leaves our care so by this you’re responsible for paying the delivery fees .
𝗗𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗦
At the time a rabbit is posted it will be gendered and we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your rabbit. Upon receiving a deposit a pickup/delivery date will be set, typically within one to two days .
-If we lose contact for this date, you will forfeit your deposit. Rescheduling once is generally (not always) accepted as things can come up big or small, keeping in contact is what’s important.
-If your rabbit purchase is pending transport, We are usually willing to hold a rabbit for a day or two before collecting a deposit while you arrange transport
-If your transport falls through and causes a default on your purchase or something occurs outside of your control, your deposit will be refunded. Examples include physical emergencies, financial emergencies, health issues etc but do not include changing your mind, accidentally filling your cage space, changing directions with your projects etc.
𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗦
We do not issue refunds. Unless a rabbit is injured, ill, passes in our care or we Beautiful bunnies Rabbitry cancel or are unable to fulfill the sale with no fault on the buyer.
𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛 𝗚𝗨𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗘/𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢
We take pride in the well-being of our animals and any animal sold is in perfect health to our knowledge. Our rabbits are always in for a vet check before rehoming . That being said, all breeders are on a deworming rotation of twice per year in addition to coccidiosis prevention and treatments. Generally we use Safeguard (fenbendazole) to deworm and Corid(amprolium) for coccidiostat however these items are subject to change based on availability and need.
We are not responsible for the health of your rabbit past the time it leaves our care. While we are always here for support and questions, we are not responsible for how you choose to care for, house or handle your rabbit.
𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹?
If you are purchasing a kit and DO NOT want any treatments used on your rabbit, please make this known before your purchase as typically offspring are done before rehoming.
𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥
It is not unusual for even the most experienced of breeders to misgender young rabbits, please keep in mind that the gender of your rabbit is not a guarantee. Rabbits are gendered starting at 4 weeks old and continuously checked before rehoming. Upon pickup or delivery of your rabbit, it is your responsibility to approve the gender. If we are meeting you personally we will show you and explain the differences, we also have example pictures if needed.
𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬/𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬/𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬
While all our breeders are all friendly, there is no way to guarantee the personality of an animal. They are subject to experiences, genetics and hormones and can differ between individuals.
Despite all of our breeders meeting the ARBA standards, there are qualities that some may need to work on or we are working on. Even two heavily awarded show rabbits can produce a poor-quality offspring. Not all rabbits will be released. There is no guarantee of quality, this is up to you to decide and breed/show them if you choose.
We aim to only keep good breeders around so all will have good fertility in their parentage. If there are any, all hiccups in a rabbit's breeding history will be disclosed before purchase. There is no way to guarantee that any rabbit will be fertile.
𝗥𝗘𝗛𝗢𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗚
Any and all rabbits sold by Beautiful bunnies Rabbitry MUST be returned to our care or offered back to us regardless of distance, no exceptions. We reserve the right to have you rehome for us if:
-you are a distance away and we cannot pick up within a reasonable timeframe- we would require the new owner's contact.
𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦/𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗦
A breeder here has a spot here for life if needed. Rabbits can live up to 15 years and we build strong connections with our breeders. Rather than retiring in the traditional way, we opt to retire our breeders to a life of luxury and mowing. The way we see it, our rabbits have done so much for us and they deserve the world back.
If you are interested in a retired breeder for a companion or gardening purposes, please reach out. They are often rehomed at a discounted rate/free but a good home is a must so prepare for many questions. Sometimes they are rehomed on a rebate basis, once you provide proof of spay/neuter and we will refund your purchase payment to us.
This policy is subject to change and the purchase of an animal, animal product or byproduct of Beautiful bunnies Rabbitry is your agreement to this document.
