Back when we first opened our doors, Cataula was a truly rural community, and the demand for veterinary services was quite different from what we see in 2023.

As valued members of our community, you've likely noticed the increased demand for veterinary care in our area. Our mission has always been to serve our community by delivering the best veterinary care possible, offering accurate information, honest answers, and fair prices. 🏥💙

After careful consideration and research, we've made a significant decision. Starting on January 1, 2024, we will discontinue our boarding services. This change will allow us to focus entirely on veterinary care and better meet the health needs of your pets. NEW AND IMPROVED COMMUNICATION PLATFORM! Hello to all of our wonderful clients! PetPro Connect is sunsetting, meaning it is being discontinued and no longer available to us. We have installed a new platform to streamline your appointment confirmations, refill requests, appointment requests, and even filling out forms ahead of time! You can still text our main phone number and we will get your message. You are not required to download the new app, but there is one available that allows you to view your reminders. TeleVet will replace PetPro and E-Pet Health. Please bear with us as we refine our processes and let us know if you run into any problems. MEET DR. CLARDY! Dr. Clardy has been with us since October. He brings 26 years of Veterinary experience to our team. He spent 4 of those years in Atlanta and 22 of them in Columbus, so he may look familiar to you. He graduated Veterinary School from the University of Georgia. He also went to UGA for his undergrad studies - he is a dawgs fan through and through. He is originally from Columbus and grew up in Dunwoody, GA. When he is not caring for his patients, he enjoys anything outdoors - yardwork, golf, hiking, and walking to name a few. He currently has one fur baby of his own - the sweetest mixed dog named Mooch.

MEET DR. KEYSER! She has been with us since June and has been a wonderful addition to our veterinarian team. Dr. Keyser graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. She is a native from Tampa, Florida and is interested in mixed animal practice, dentistry, and neurology. When she is not here caring for your fur babies, she enjoys taking her own fur babies to the dog park. She owns two dogs named "Senna" and "Marlo" as well as a skinny pig named "Guillermo."

First and foremost, we want to thank all of our wonderful clients for respecting our curbside protocols. On December 1, 2021, we will begin the first phase of re-opening our facility to you!
LOBBY: Remaining Closed
• Continue curbside services for prescriptions, food pick up, and any other needs.
Exam Rooms: WELCOME BACK!!
• Continue to call us when you arrive and we will check you in. Please remain in your vehicle. A staff member will come out and take you directly to your room as soon as it is available.
• Maximum occupancy of 2 family members
• Masks required for entry into our facility.
• Please maintain social distancing

I've talked with a lot of folks that are having trouble getting their pet's food. We've talked with our reps and we have some options that we hope will help!

Hill's To Home is a home delivery service for any type of Hill's food for your pets. We are required to enroll you in this service so just email ([email protected]) or call and we will get you set up. I have recently talked with our Hill's rep and the warehouse they use for this service is stocked!

Purina Vet Direct is also a home shipping service. With this service you set up an account and link with a clinic. You can find a link to our clinic account at cataulavet.com or email us for more information and we'll assist you in getting enrolled!
