Anyone who has had the pleasure of knowing Gene Moench knows he wants only the best possible outcome for horse and rider.

Just because you watch a team go on and win doesn’t mean that blood will work for you as a rider.

Gene always wanted me to ride the bloodlines before breeding that line for me. He wanted to know my goals, my riding ability, and what stule of riding i was into.

He wanted me to believe in what I was buying and he wanted his horses to live up to every expectation of that belief.

Success between horse and rider was always the goal.

If I am unsure of your ability, I will carry on the way Gene mentored me.

This program is unique in so many ways. From the oldest bloodlines to the family style herd, these horses truly set themselves apart from the rest. This is Eddie the Rat and his band of mares with their foals at their sides. Eddie is an own son of the legendary Docs Hickory. Owning this 24 year old stallion has taught me more than I could be thankful for and unfortunately has passed After Eddie had passed his last foal was born and Eddie blessed me with a beautiful bay stud c**t to carry on his legacy. Spring is coming and we are starting to look at the upcoming 2025 breeding season.

If you have questions or need help training a Stallion for a phantom, please reach out. I have a facility in the Wausau Wisconsin area where we could help train your stallion.

This training will reduce costs for you when your stallion is ready for the breeding shed, the vet, or live covering a mare.

Having knowledgeable and expierenced help will your breeding process go a lot more comfortable and enjoyable for you and your Stallion.

Contracts have all been returned and we are ready to start seeing Jex back in Action.

PM for waiting list and we will start with those contracts first in the case that a contract may not fill and I will carry it over to 2025 as well if requested.

Now that Summer is home and the fast pace time of year has settled, Jex will be back with Summer this coming week to get cleared and vetted for the Rodeo road w her.

We will be doing some special contract opportunities throughout the 2024 Breeding season, so keep an eye out for that.

-Just a reminder to anyone who has submitted a set of mares papers. If your mare is in someone else’s name at time of breeding, that name will go on the stallion report. This could make things difficult for transfers etc.

This 24 year old, one eyed, buckskin gelding needs no introduction. He has made Kadence’s dreams of winning at a p*e wee level come true. There hasn’t been a race she entered that she didn’t win something w her “man”
This horse will only go as fast as his rider is ready for but not fast enough for Kadence as she has stepped up to youth. This horse needs a little girl he can carry and help build confidence for.
This horse knows the barrel and pole patterns and can seriously do them blind consistently every run without knocking. He has done sorting, roping, and was an old high school rodeo horse.

In a herd he loves the ladies and will pick a little at a gelding but not bad by any means

He gets ridden by a little girl and has never complained or taken an off step so I dont do any maintenance on him what so ever. He is so quiet and cautious of his little people that you have a built in baby sitter.

He only eats good quality hay w mineral blocks. He is such an easy keeper even for 24. He surely has a good couple of years to get a 3-8 year old kid to their next level as well.

He has been there done that and is legged up ready to go. There isn’t ANYTHING that phases this horse. Anyone who gets on his back will have a guardian angel carrying them and the safety of a child has no dollar amount.

Her story is beyond a miracle

Never underestimate the power of a mother

This mare has been empty for three years and as of last year her hind gut tucked up and it looked like someone put a rubber band around her, right in front of her hip. After multiple vets looking at her we still never figured it out. She is one of our best producing mares and was a shame she would possibly never have another foal.

I exposed her to Yuma Driftin Pine last year and as most know a mare losing weight rarely will carry a foal along with her long back making her prone to her uterus sinking in further which in turn pulls everything else in and down. This makes it easy for bacteria, wind sucking and just an unhealthy setting to grow a foal. after exposure to the stallion we took her home and after about 4 months she had chunks that looked like oatmeal coming out of her.

This mare clearly had something going on in her uterus so once again back to the vet. Did an ultrasound to look for a baby and nothing was found so we went on to do a UTERAN LAVAGE 😳😳 we flushed her uterus out and so much crap came out it wasn’t funny. We did not give lutalyse to open the cervix THANK THE LORD. she was placed on antibiotics and I was going to take her back to stitch her up part way so less bacteria could get in there but she picked up and was doing great.

She looked fit but no where near pregnant at 25 years young she foaled the greatest gift a mare could give you, a daughter to carry on her legacy

Sportz Equine Therapy/Sportz Memories for the massage, oils and patches and Dr Hal Brown for The chiropractic work. You guys have been crucial to Jex, making him feel his best while we are asking him to go down the performance road as well as being a breeding stallion at the same time.
He seriously tells me when it’s time to see you guys again by constantly trying to give releases, opening his jaws as far as they will open.
I appreciate all you guys do and I know Jex does as well.

The 3 hour drive and the money spent on these services are beyound worth it and I couldn’t recommend you guys more.
