I’m so happy I found Loyal Start Dog Training. It is often said dog trainers train the humans first then the dogs. I feel that was me with Skye. Michelle is an excellent communicator, talking me through the steps (and showing when needed) to help me help Skye be her best self. Michelle showed me how to be firm and consistent which made Skye eager to learn as she knew what to expect.
Throughout our training sessions, I pepperd Michelle with random questions that pertained to everything dog. Different training techniques, different tools used for training etc. and she always had an answer. I feel that comes from years of solid experience working with all types of dogs.
The classes were worth the cost and I can’t recommend Michelle enough. If a dog owner is serious about training, spend the money and get it done right!
