Been pretty busy with my Emmersion program.
Meet Harlow a sweet Chocolate Lab and Moose who is back for another refresher.
While I tethered Harlow to Jimi, both Jimi and Moose were of leash while I grabbed a burger and shake at the Shake Shack.

For those that use collars for your dogs . I would recommend the Martingale collar. All dogs that come into my immersion program must wear one. How can’t slip over their ears.

Spent a few days fishing Oak creek near Sedona Az. Jimi at 2.5 years old continues to be a great fishing dog. Knows how to be still and not spook the already skittish fish because of the eagles and herons.
So lucky to have Jimi in my life.

For those traveling for the holidays and looking to board your dog please take precautions. There is a contagious respiratory virus that is similar to pneumonia and can be deadly. Attached is a Washington Post Article with more details.
If you have to travel I would recommend finding a small boutique boarder without a lot of dogs. The fewer the better.

It’s important to know the background here. Someone saw Kaylan trying to walk Ryder a rescue, in the park. He had gotten loose and would not come. His wife was unable to walk Ryder due to his impulsiveness and constant pulling. This dog was out of control and they were wondering if they would keep him.
