🐾Price Increase Notification!🐾

Starting January 2, 2024 there will be a slight increase in grooming services. Due to the continuing rise in supply cost it has given me no choice. This is something I have debated for the past 2 years. Some then, most of my supplies have at least doubled in price. This will be no more than a $5-10 increase per groom.

I am having some phone issues this morning. I am not able to answer any calls or text. I’m trying to get everything switched to a different phone and appreciate your patience.

UPDATE: If you messaged me over the weekend for an appointment please send me another message. I got a new phone and wasn’t able to transfer messages and lost everything!

I will be strictly enforcing my no show policy this year. I have been very lenient about this in the past and it has only gotten worse. I totally understand that things happen out of our control and sometimes canceling a grooming appointment is the last thing on your mind but this is my job, my only source of income. As usual 1st no show will be ignored, 2nd no show will be charged an additional $15 on next appointment and 3rd no show you will be dismissed as a client. 2 no shows in a row will be an automatic dismissal as a client. I have people waiting 3 weeks to get their dog groomed and a list of people wanting to be a client. I do appreciate each and every one of you that trust me with your animals. Thanks and have a great day.

I would like to thank everyone that has been so patient with me getting back to them after my time off and the holidays. I still have some to get back to and I will as soon as I get the chance. I have thought long and hard about this over the past week and weekend and have decided at this time I’m not able to accept new clients. My main focus right now is getting my regulars in before the holidays. I will reassess this after the first of the year and things may change once I get caught up but being one person makes it hard. Again…thanks for everyone’s patience!!
