Foster bunny Carmella is still in search of a home. I’m getting attached & would not be able to care for her long term. Currently has been in our care since January!! 3 months too long 😢. She’s a very sweet bunny & in need of finding her person but has little to no interest whatsoever. Please share, it helps SO much.

MAR24 serology test to include the rescues I took in. Proud to say my rats test NEGATIVE for the following infectious agents:
SEND, SDAV, KRV, LCMV, HTNV (HANT), MPUL, PCAR ("RRV"), CARB (F. rodentium), IDIR (ROTA-B), and ECUN.
These tests are expensive and I am proud of the health guarantee I offer when you get rats from me.
This reflects updated adoption fee: $30/rat. Rescues: 2 for $15, 3 for $20, 4 for $30.

Testing will be completed often and my rattery will be closed to the public (no in-person visits) to ensure that disease is not introduced. The health and safety of my colony are my #1 priority and reservations will be through pictures/videos of available rats.
🐄 I encourage a 14 day quarantine if you are bringing home my rats to your existing rats.
🐄 Please disinfect used carriers cages with bleach water before bringing home rats.
🐄 Wash your hands between touching your cats/ dogs and your rats and do not allow inter-species interaction.
🐄 Wash your hands after interacting with your rats.

It has come to my attention that there are unethical rat breeders in New England. I will not name drop but instead I encourage adopters to research their sources of rats before giving anyone their money. 2 Pairing announcements:
1) Neptune x Nova. Neptune, my Rex buck, has developed and been treated for moderate respiratory issues. I’d like to keep Rex in my rattery so he’s been paired to Nova. Nova tested negative for mycoplasma p. and has never sniffled a day in her 7 months of life so she will hopefully alleviate the sniffles in my future colony. She did have MA the first time I bred her but her daughter does not and her son (so far) hasn’t shown HA. These babies may not be available to the public until I reevaluate Nova and see how her son ages. Health is my # 1 goal followed closely to temperament so she has been pulled out of retirement. We are very bonded now (new heart rat) so I’m thinking my fingers will be okay 🤞🏼
2) Void x Jupiter. I’m trying to mellow out the high energy of the silvermane line with the calm genes of my Moomoo line.

Seeing the world for the first time🫣 Black vs. black silvermane, so proud of the littles who silvered this early😊 I have Russian blue silvermane too which was a pleasant surprise as a lot of applicants requested Russian Blue (grey) and I was not expecting anything but black or agouti. I guess dad carried it from 5+ generations ago🤣

First 16 are Mercury’s, last 8 are Venus’. Reservations will be held soon, watch out for an email/text in the next 1-2 weeks asking you to pick your rats if you have an approved application. If you do not respond within 24 hours I willl assume you’re not interested anymore and move on to the next applicant.
