Western Dressage is new to us and we did awesome in 2018 , Outlaws Ironman (Manny) High Point Western Dressage . We started out just doing Dressage to improve the work on our Barrel Horses and it lead to showing Manny and Rita Time . So next year we will continue with Lessons with Lorraine Burke who comes to our farm for privates and Clinics and our in house Instructor Susan who can keep you going between Clinics with her many years of Dressage Showing . More to come but for now we do offer a Wednesday Western Dressage for Beginners Group, as well as privates.
Ranch Pleasure is also new to us and we have found various horses in our barn can excel in these classes. IHA offers walk jog to open classes in Ranch Pleasure, Ranch Pattern and Ranch Trail . Also Ranch Halter
Western Pleasure has long been our first love Winning QH Regionals , (region five amt and jr ) winning both National and World Titles Including the NEQH Blue Ribbons Saddle Twice. Along with multiple futurities/maturities with both Jr and Sr horses We start our Beginner/Novice riders at the IHA Western shows from Rookie and Walk Jog to Open classes in showmanship, horsemanship, pleasure and trail. We ready we can move on to breed shows.
We also Ride at the IHA Gymkhana Series, NBHA Barrels and NPBA Poles . IHA holds 3 Gymkhana shows a year and NBHA 6 or more and NPBA 2 or more shows a year You compete for end of year awards with IHA and to qualify for state shows and World and Nationals for NBHA and NPBA From leadline to open at IHA a great place to start and get ready for NBHA and NPBA IHA also holds 3 Jackpot Barrels in addition on separate days with NPBA poles. Two checks is better than one
The same horses we do poles with we do Barrels with with IHA .
We also compete in English Shows at the IHA as well as USEF from special Beginner to Jumpers . Many of our horses have been end of year in English High Point Equitation, Jr Horse, High Point youth. Our ponies excel in Short Stirrup both IHA and USEF as well as hour horses in 2 foot 6. Lil Biddy has won Jumpers at USEF two years in a row same year she has won saddles at IHA Gymhana . Manny and Roxie will always excel in English Pleasure division, while 2 foot 6 is Shawna’s pick Same horses complete at Western taking home end of Year Awards

Unlimited PACKAGE $250 a month lets you lesson all month 7 days a week multiple horses and trainers to accommodate your times and only pay $15 for a 1/2 hour lesson each time. These are 1/2 hour lessons You can do a one hour group by paying $20 additional to the farm for the 1/2 hour additional use Unlimited lessons also allows you to bring in a private trainer no ring fee.
Unlimited PACKAGE $350 a month lets you lesson all month 7 days a week multiple horses and trainers to accommodate your times and only pay $30 for a 1 hour lesson each time. These are one hour private lessons You can do a group same price at your own discretion. Unlimited lessons also allows you to bring in a private trainer no ring fee.
WE HAVE TWO NEW PROGRAMS #1 Working Ranch Ride for experienced riders is two hours (regular 2 one hour lessons would be $150 you get two hours of riding ) $85 a person , two person minimum . Consist of grooming, tacking , lunging and riding with our Ranch Wrangle ,untack, groom and put the horse away. Not a formal lesson so you must have some sort of riding skills. Its for folks that have rode in a program or owned a horse and want to get back into riding casually. NOT a trail ride so you are not riding head to tail. We do have a small trail around the property . Must be able to walk,jog and lope if you have riding experience. (at the wranglers discretion) You need to navigate your own horse , know correct leads and the basic riding skills. We have trail obstacles to try , barrels, Poles Materials to set up some patter horsemanship work. A small trail ride around the back arena to relax after a good work out.
Opportunities to work with young stock as well . Depends on your riding ability.
#2 Beginner Ranch Ride same as above $100 for two hours and you are instructed by a trainer while enjoying a leisure ride . It is there discreation as to what you will be doing
1) First you learn to halter and bring in your horse and groom with your Wrangler If you can do this on your own we are fine with it all others in either program will be assisted.
2) We will than do ground work consisting of lunge line work with a young stock and or in hand trail work with young or older stock Assisted by your Wrangler
3) Come in to saddle and ride in an informal instruction with your Wrangler Learn to walk / jog/lope , working on seat , hands Try some obstacles while riding or just learn the basics . Each lesson you take on more responsibility, all on your time. Un-tack your horse Coffee and donuts you can stay on longer and help out your wrangler or just sit and talk about what you want to accomplish next time Want to volunteer talk to our Wrangle .

WE HAVE THREE LEASE BY THE MONTH PROGRAMS . EACH COMES WITH DIFFERENT SHOW LEASE SO READ CAREFULLY TO SEE WHAT FITS YOUR PLAN BEST.
(A) Lease all year $3,000 plus shoes, save $1,200 (plus discount on shows see below) . You get unlimited days to ride or lesson 1/2 hour ($15 to trainer only when you lesson) In addition, only in this program , you can lesson or ride a second horse when time allows . NO OTHER LEASE GIVES YOU SECOND HORSE SAME DAY OR RIDE AND LESSONS SAME DAY All horses in your ability to ride. Discount on show lease ALSO A SECOND FAMILY MEMBER CAN TAKE ONE LESSON A WEEK FOR $15 TO TRAINER You can use recommended instructors or outside trainer You pay for shoes in this program all year. (A2) Show Lease day of show $100
(B) Lease all year pay by the month $300 If you are willing to lease all year 12 months and pay $300 a month plus shoes we also offer unlimited lessons or rides, $15 to trainer at time of lesson only . 1/2 hour lessons only You can use all horses in your ability to ride. You can use house instructors or outside trainer This is a 12 month lease pay as you go 7 days a week ride or 1/2 hour lesson, and once you drop out its $350 when you return This is a 12 month program, unless otherwise specified by management . You pay for shoes February till end of October if showing (B2) Show Lease day of show $175 You can do one hour lessons $30 to trainer and $20 additional to farm or Pay $450 for 1 hour lessons unlimited all month and only $30 to the trainer no additional farm charge
(C) Lease month to month as you go pay $350 a month for 1 to 12 months your choice of months , unlimited 1/2 hour lesson or riding 7 days a week, all horses in your ability to ride and pay $15 to trainer at time of lesson . You pay for shoes February till end of October if showing (C2)Show lease day of show $275 You can do one hour lessons $30 to trainer and $20 additional to farm or Pay $450 for 1 hour lessons unlimited all month and only $30 to the trainer no additional farm charge
(D) Unlimited Lessons if showing You pay for shoes February till end of October if showing (D2 )Show lease day of show $350
Hauling to shows by OA is $60
First and last show payment is due in February 1st to hold your spot . After that it’s a first come first served no guarantee a horse will be available If we have a horse and you are not in a lease program it is $400 for the day and $60 to haul .
In addition trainer fee for the day and of course you pay the club your show entries
WHEN YOU PAY UP FRONT YOU SAVE $1,200 plus show fees are discounted and you can ride twice a day or lesson and ride same day
