Erie earns his Rally Novice title in 3 straight Q's at the Rose City Classic! He earned a 3rd, 2nd, and 1st place. Intro to heeling with Ravioli 😊

Ravioli got her first solo session today. Goals are, in order of importance: 1) Eat treats 2) Follow the lure 😉 Expectations for puppies are all about fun and very little rules. This was actually about eleven minutes of filming that I tried to make a little easier to watch, lol

Just because they are BAER tested full hearing, does not guarantee they will "LISTEN" 😂

A trip to the Vet today. Cannoli was shaking his head after our trip to Sacramento for BAER Testing and we thought maybe he picked up a foxtail, but after two thorough exams from two different Vets, no foxtail seen and probably just a run of the mill ear infection of unknown cause. But there was lots of playing in the kiddie pool and rolling around in the dirt. So ear drops and recheck on Thursday when everyone gets their first shots before going to their homes. Penne Pasta came along for emotional support for her brother and had a great time playing in the large animal office.

12 Hour road trip yesterday with 6 Cattle Dog puppies in 110+ degrees weather was a bit miserable lol but .... Everyone has perfect hearing and were very well behaved.

Playing with Erie today on new reward pictures. With high drive dogs, sometimes the toy being in hand and in view creates over arousal in work. It is important to me that he be able to work through it! Not perfect, but progress. 🙂 He's new to this.

Eredin saw some new signs recently! These are from my Masters course that we teach. Every class he gets to test them out! He is also an excellent demo dog for clients to practice skills with while their own dogs are learning the ropes. Hoping to debut him in rally and obedience this fall! So many sports, so little time!
