Exactly one month until Hazels OFA appointment!

Hopefully all will come back good and we can continue to make plans. The more I work the two of them the more I like the idea of this pairing, they’re similar enough I don’t think I’ll get to much variation but I also believe they complement each others weaknesses perfectly, both on and off the field. I need to work on getting *quality videos of Hazel this month, she’s coming along quickly now that I’m working her consistently. Timing of Hazel x Taff will depend mainly on when she comes into heat, stay tuned

Introducing Apex Pendragon, aka “Howl.”

Howl will by my male co-own from my Rip x Roux litter. We kinda picked him the second he was born so I’m happy everyone passed all their health testing so far so we didn’t have to pick a different boy🤣 Howl is a very “middle of the pack puppy” and has plenty of food and toy drive. He was also already interested in sheep at 6 weeks. Thanks for being my co-owner! I can’t wait to watch you and Howl grow as a team.

All seven babies got clear CAER exams today 💙

This litter was fortunate enough to be the perfect age for this local health clinic so we were able to do CAERs this time around to. At this point I’m pretty sure I know where everyone is going so long as their BAERs and final exams come back unremarkable. We’re in the final stretch!

Bling won Nursery, earning a leg towards the National Finals, then 4th in ProNov.

Apex Cann (CF Cruise x BR Millie) won the Ranch class

Then Apex Hazel (CF Cruise x BR Millie) and her owner won Novice.

Well this was absolutely not in my bingo cards for 2024, but here we are.
Caefelin Clem now resides with us. ♥️

Sometimes unexpected things happen that are just meant to be and this is one of them. I can’t wait to see what sort of doors this dog opens up in the new year. I’m excited to be able to attend more advanced clinics and improve my handling abilities and timing with a finished dog, especially one as nice as him. Thank you Malissa for giving me the opportunity to Co-own this wonderful dog, his fantastic reputation precedes him.
