In 2020, five African grey parrots were donated to the Lincolnshire Wildlife Park in England. African greys are known for their ability to repeat human words, but zoo officials were startled to hear the new parrots spew off a string of curses. Instead of upsetting anyone, however, the birds actually became the zoo's star attraction, with visitors delighting in the foul-mouthed birds and even cursing back at them.

Although the parrots have proven surprisingly popular, the zoo has now decided to add the swearing birds to a larger flock, both for their benefit and in hopes that their cursing will become "diluted." Learn more about England's "infamous swearing parrots": https://inter.st/mk3c
