Happy ! This is “Peonies”.

My client wanted her bedroom to be a sanctuary in which she would feel enveloped in soft yet rich warmth. She wanted the mural to feel lavish and posh and she wanted the flowers and foliage to spring forth from a deep black background. In order to get super bright colors, I chose to paint the flowers and foliage on the existing white wall and come in with the black underpinning. Bringing the black up to the delicate edges of the mural was painstaking but, I feel, worth it for the lovely effect!
