Has been to multiple venues (Lamplight, Tryon, WEC, Chagrin Valley Farms) and never looks or stops. Can take a joke and doesn't hold a grudge. Currently showing in the 1.20s-1.25s with room to spare. Will finish as a great high jr/am jumper. Owner stepping away from riding while in grad school.

Say hello to Maverick! He is a 16 year old TB gelding. At 15.3 he is big bodied, more closely resembling a warmblood in build, and takes up your leg well! Maverick jumps a 10, with sharp even knees, at every height. He has a ground covering stride and easy lead changes. He was in the top placings with his intermediate rider her first time out in the Children's division. Maverick can be very handy and would do well in the equitation classes. We’d like to introduce our European partner, Alina Borisova, an international show jumper and trainer.
“My sport philosophy for training and riding is mutual respect, confidence, and partnership with your horse. Only in this way can I raise happy, healthy, and strong future champions: horses and riders.”
It is with this philosophy and passion for horses that Alina trains her students in hopes to one day build and operate her own stables and riding school.
She has lived in Italy for the past 5 years and has found success in locating and building horse partnerships for clients. Part of her overwhelming success in this endeavor is her great many trainer and breeder contacts throughout Europe. Alina frequently travels to Belgium, Germany, France, and Holland for her clients in search of horses. It brings her great joy to fulfill her goal of selecting the right horse for her clients and seeing them go on to create happy and productive teams.

LET'S MEET THE TEAM!
Our American partner, Patrick Swann, is a 3rd generation Hunter/Jumper trainer based out of Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
Generations of horsemanship in his family (not limited to hunter/jumper, but also field hunters and racehorses) has allowed him to acquire a vast knowledge of equine development and training techniques. Ultimately, Pat believes that the older style mentality of animal husbandry combined with tried-and-true training and conditioning of horses brings out the very best in horses, most often leading to long-term careers.
“Patience and a clear understanding of fundamentals allows us to seldom take a backwards step in equine development. My experience oftentimes helps me to have a clear vision of how to match the right rider to the correct horse.”
Pat spent a childhood at his father’s stable learning and watching famous riders train (such as Rodney Jenkins), and horses they sold go onto compete at the Olympics. Keeping in that tradition, Pat has spent many seasons taking horses and students to year end finals, such as Harrisburg, Capital Challenge and Madison Square Garden.
Pat and Alina's goal in this sales venture is to acquire clients who are satisfied and want to come back over and over when they buy their horses.
