‼️IMPORTANT INFORMATION‼️

Just a reminder that I will NOT be available for any regular appointments 9/1-9/3/24. I have had nonstop days full of appointments since 6/29. Sunday 9/1 actually marks 62 days of straight appointments.

I’m tired, my body aches and I miss my animals. I deeply appreciate the love and business you have given me this summer. More than I can ever express. ❤️ Please continue to show the same love for my employees, Nic & Molly.

I will be temporarily closing my client list starting 9/15/24 and it will reopen 11/1/24. This will allow both Nic and Molly to build a client list! Now I normally close my client list 11/15 and it usually stays close through the holidays. 2024 will mark the first year in like 3 years where I will NOT close my client list. I will be taking on new clients for the holiday season.

Thank you so much for the support and love. It means so much.

I’ve realized that I haven’t been advertising the gift baskets for Client Appreciation Month and I’m deeply sorry for that.

So that being said, they gift baskets I have now will be strictly for current clients. Each of you will receive 10 tickets. If you have both dog and cat, you’ll get 5 for the dog basket and 5 for the cat basket.

🚨New Policy 🚨

Now that The Fur Mama has 3 different sitters, I will be enforcing a new policy. Every client will have a regular sitter as well as a back up sitter.

Your regular sitter will be the one who does majority of your services. This is the one who is the best fit for your animals.

The back up sitter is exactly what it sounds like. If for any reason your regular sitter has to cancel an already scheduled service, your back up sitter will take over.

Moving forward, all meet and greets will have two sitters. This will allow both sitters to create bonds with the animals as well as hear exactly what the client is looking for when it comes to their pet sitter.

MYESHIA’S CLIENTS:
For majority of my regular clients, another meet and greet will need to be done. It’s very rare that I cancel but if I do, I would like services still to carry on. I’ll be reaching out to the more frequent clients first and then the ones who use me on an “as needed” schedule, I’ll more than likely set up a meet and greet before you book me again.

I started it off yesterday evening hanging with Vanilla Fudge, Phoenix, Gordon and Holly. This morning I kicked off my walks with Bear & Luna! Bear & Luna been having fun away while their owner trains for her new job.❤️

Today is the LAST day to order your August support shirts! A new color will be introduced shortly before 9/1! Kids are $20/shirt and adults are $25/shirt.

Collect all the shirts between now and December for a chance of extra discounts all next year. If any of the shirts you own match the color of my hair, you’ll receive an additional 25% off all services, bookings and packages for 30 days. Keep an eye out for the special edition shirts and grab one to get an additional FIFTY percent off all services, bookings and packages.

August is Client Appreciation Month so all current clients take $10 off your shirt prices. Kids are $10/shirt and adults are $15/shirt!

The Fur Mama has changes coming that will take effect September 1st! Please read over these carefully and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

These changes include a slight price increase in services, discounts, Myeshia’s availability, and a couple rules that will be more enforced.

‼️Price Increase‼️
As you know The Fur Mama hired on 2 more pet sitters (Nic & Molly) and in order for us all to bring you the best care, I have to look into more training for all of us. Majority of the price increase is $1-7. You know I very much dislike increasing my prices because one of my main goals of this business is to provide ✨affordable✨ & reliable pet care so please be understanding. 2024-2025 service list will be available 8/28/24.

‼️Discounts‼️
Beginning 9/1/24, The Fur Mama will no longer offer as many discounts as before. HOWEVER, each pet sitter (Myeshia, Molly, or Nic) can run a special if they want for their regular clients. The only discounts that will be permanent discounts are the following:
✨New Clients✨
All new clients to The Fur Mama receive 10% off their first booking or service.
✨Social Media Interaction✨
Any clients that like/comment/share 5 or more posts will receive 5% off a booking or a service.
✨Refered Clients✨
Anybody who refers The Fur Mama will receive 10% off of their next booking or service. The person who you refered will get 5% off.
✨Rescued/Adopted Discount✨
Clients who have rescued/adopted from a shelter/rescue will receive 10% off all packages, services and bookings. Must have proof.
✨Animal Care Discount✨
Clients who are professional animal care workers will receive 10% off all packages, services, and bookings.

All discounts can be combined with each other if applicable.

‼️Availability‼️
Myeshia: Due to bartending (Come find me!) and my niece & nephew football games/cheer, I will not be available weekends (Friday PM-Monday AM) for REGULAR appointments until further notice. Overnights and multi-service bookings will be scheduled as normal if I’m needed. I will also be taking some mental days to relax from 9/1-9/4. I’ve been working nonstop since June and desperately need a break.

Molly: Only available weekends and holidays

Nic: Open availability & offers 24/7 pet sitting options

‼️Rules Enforced‼️
I’ve been really lenient with some of my rules but since I hired on others and we are expanding, I have to become more strict.

1. $20 deposits are required to book ANY services with all pet sitters. These become NONREFUNDABLE 48 hours before your scheduled start date. If services are not cancelled, your deposit will be deducted from your final total.

2. Full payment is due the day BEFORE services are scheduled to start. No services will be provided until payment has been received. No exceptions.

3. Even with 3 separate pet sitters ALL PAYMENTS will go through the designated payment options (cash app, PayPal, exact cash or Venmo). Feel free to tip your sitter personally in cash if you like. They keep 100% of their tips but all payments do have to go through The Fur Mama’s accounts first!

GOOOOOOOOD MORNING MY LOVES!

I’ve been a little busy loving on some new faces and learning about my new friends. It’s been a great time and I’m ready to introduce them to the family!

First up we have Gordon. Gordon is a fluffy fat cat that I love so much! He loves to sprawl out in a chair or the floor. Gordon does prefer snuggles on his own time. 10/10 would steal and leave the country with.

Holly is Gordon’s sibling and has been pretty vocal for our booking so far. But not in a bad way! She just wants attention and I have no problem giving her it! Holly is a snuggle bug🥰. 10/10, she’s my nap buddy for life.

Nugget is a shy kitty and only shows up when it’s times to eat. She does have a unique paw and I think it makes her waaaay cuter. I’ve only seen her a few times but 10/10 looooove her. ❤️

Phoenix is also a sibling of the other felines. He’s a rescue like majority of his siblings. You’ll notice how fashion forward he is with a cone and a little jersey. His fashion also helps keep his wounds clean. This poor guys suffered some 3rd degree burns and luckily his current owners are able to help with his healing journey. ❤️ 10/10, love him & his never ending love

Doug, another feline sibling of the others, is a little more on the shy side. He is starting the like my presence but still keeps his distance. 10/10, freaking love Doug.

Bob hasn’t shown any orange cat activities yet like his brother Gordon but it’s only the first few days of our booking together. I’m sure he’s just waiting for me to get comfortable before it comes out 😂 10/10, adore him.

And finally but never the least of the feline siblings, we have Vanilla Fudge. Yes you read that right. Her name is Vanilla Fudge and she’s exactly what you think. A delightful treat to love! 10/10 I’m happy this one will never melt! ✨

Now let’s talk about the new dogs of the family!

Darby is such a sweet girl who likes people in her space when she allows it. She might be on the smaller side compared to the others but that doesn’t mean anything. She rules with an iron fist. 10/10, she has all my respect.

Next, we have Dallas. Oh my sweet Dallas! Absolutely loves everybody and has so much energy! Dallas is ready for whatever: a snuggle, a snack, a b***y scratch, you name it! 10/10, best energy around!

The big boy is Leroy. He’s such a gentle giant who loves to give kisses. He’s a little shy at first but after some baby talk, treats, and head scratches? Your best friend! 10/10, would absolutely steal and leave the country with.
And next is Queen. Her name is pretty self explanatory. She is THAT girl. Don’t ever get it twisted. She knows when to play or when to get down to business. Also enjoys treats & butt scratches. 10/10, my babbbby!

The felines mentioned before also have 2 canine siblings Ellie & Zara. I unfortunately don’t have any good pictures of them so they will be introduced later.

I am way too excited to have added all these sweet babies to the family so with open paws and wagging tails, let’s all welcome Gordon, Holly, Nugget, Phoenix, Doug, Bob, Vanilla Fudge, Darby, Dallas, Leroy, Queen, Zara and Ellie! 🥰🥰

Message from Owner: Nellie got out of the back of my in laws truck while driving from Prospect and Daniel to North Mattis. She could be anywhere along that route. Please let us know if you see her or catch her, she is very sweet and timid. Please help us find her, we are devastated.

‼️HAPPY GOTCHA DAY‼️

8 years ago, my life changed for the better ❤️

I was in a dark and scary mental place and it wasn’t getting any better. It would have ended in my funeral.

Then God and the universe stepped in on August 12, 2016 when I came home to find my Hunchie playing in the living room.

It’s been nothing but blessings ever since! I would have never reignited my love for animals, I would have never began this business and I wouldn’t be me without Huncho.

Thank you my love for saving me and giving me the will to live!
