Roxy & Cersei are my drop ins for the week! Cersei is still rocking that cast and Ms. Roxy had a surgery done so both dogs are in the “Get Better Cabin” their owner has.

I said “See ya later” to an amazing crew as we ended our 12 night slumber party. Ranging from Great Danes to pigs to snakes, this booking was more than amazing and made my heart so full.

This booking also officially ends The Fur Mama’s 2024 season! 2024 was ✨BEAUTIFUL✨ for not only Myeshia but for Nic and Molly! We all met new friends-animal and human. So many lasting and deep bonds were made and we will continue to build on them.

Thank you to everybody who supported us in 2024. We can’t wait to love on your pets all 2025.

As we all know a winter storm is approaching us!

Please make sure to use pet-safe salt on sidewalks. It's gentle on theirs paws and digestive system. This prevents irritation and health risks that could be a costly emergency vet visit. Besides being safe for pets, it’s also eco-friendly, minimizing harm to the enviroment. Visit your local pet supply store to grab a bag or two!

I hope everybody stays safe & warm over the next couple of days!! Perfect weather to hunker down with your pets, drink some hot chocolate, and binge your comfort show!

Myeshia founded The Fur Mama in 2016 and since then has grown into a full-time business in nearly a decade. Her dedication and care are well-known across Champaign, Ford, and Piatt counties.

Nic is Myeshia’s little brother and they are dubbed “The Bopsey Twins”. Since a young age, Nic loved to help his sister in any way he could think of and nearly 30 years later, nothing has changed. He deeply cares for both the business and the pets he encounters.

Myeshia, Nic, and Molly are essential to local households and cherished for their reliable service. Looking ahead to 2025, we expect more joyful experiences with pets and their families.
