Happy 1st Birthday Maverick!
We were challenged with these colors. I was asked to make a black and red cake. We had our fingers crossed that we could accomplish that. We use all natural food grade fruit and veggie powders to make different colors.
Whipped cream cheese was used for frosting and to create red we used beet powder and for black we used coconut activated charcoal.
We were pleased with the outcome.
Our customers were very happy with their pup’s cake!
