Arizona’s “Good Samaritan” law allows citizens to take reasonable steps, including breaking a car window, to rescue a dog (or child) in a car if the animal appears in distress due to heat. This law is critical in Arizona, given the intense summer temperatures.

Today is World Mental Health Day, and it’s the perfect time to reflect on the importance of taking care of our mental health. One of the most underrated yet powerful ways to boost our well-being is through the companionship of a dog. 🐶

Whether it’s their unconditional love, the way they make us smile, or just their constant presence, dogs have an incredible ability to uplift our spirits. Studies show that having a dog can reduce stress, anxiety, and even symptoms of depression. They encourage us to stay active, create structure in our day, and offer comfort on tough days.
