I’m looking to downsize my pack due to our move. The house we are going to is just not big enough for the 14 dogs we have here in our current house. If you are looking to add to your family or know someone who is, please pm me for details of who I’m trying to place 😞 these are our family members and I’m not taking this lightly so I’m not publicly posting pics and all that jazz. First what the heck is her problem? She is now harrassing a family who thanks to her has already lost everything. Our home, our friends, and our business because we have to move. If that is not enough, she is continuing to harass us and now the news who has finally left, but like wow? Can we grow up much?
If they run the truth, they will be able to show how ridiculous she is being. They spoke with me, my husband, 3 of our other neighbors. All on one side versus her.
They wanted to know why she was the only one complaining, how does one explain mental health issues without just saying she is mental? Because that is where this has gone. I pray for her and that she finds some peace. Cuz certainly she is not at peace to want to continue to do this to a family she has already destroyed.
Yall pray for me as I try to deal with all of this among packing up my life and moving to a brand new state.

🦴 The neighbor situation is what it is, and all I can say is I pray she finds peace in her actions and with her future neighbors.

Me and my family will be moving to Georgia. We have finally secured a home and will be taking over a big dog training facility and boarding kennel there. We were hoping to go to Culpeper VA but the details just wouldn’t come together.
Please spam us with every boarding and daycare reservation you can use until the very end 🥹 let us spoil those babies and get in our goodbyes.

Alright yall - I have been quiet. I have been peaceful. I have maintained respect. Well it ends now.
Edit to add: she KNOWS I pick up the 💩 because before she got mad at me - she used to give us all of her food lion paper bags!!! I told her what I used them for and she stuck them in the mailbox for me everytime she had them! ALSO - before she got mad, I asked her about noise, she said she couldn’t really hear anything at her house. The only issue was people using her driveway which I posted about but this was taken as bashing. Then when I had the money after my well broke - I made the turnaround! Anyways. Just more lies.
My neighbor Devahna Graves has a MAJOR issue with us. For some unknown reason beyond my comprehension. I’m going to start at the beginning. In December 2022 my well broke - my well company confirmed it was from age, however she said “we burned it and it collapsed on itself”. Yes we set a fire in our well because it was a brick fire pit looking thing from 48 years ago and we had no idea. It messed with some wires but we fixed it and it was fine for months.
Fast forward: I had to replace my well. Fine. Done. But while I was waiting on this replacement, my kind neighbor (her uncle) brought us water from his well. About 225 gallons a day cuz the tank was a total 275 ish gallons. We had 4 tanks. We only filled one of them once a day. But SHE TOLD everyone that we took 1200 GALLONS a day. That I TOOK it from her grandmother. Her grandmother and uncle will sit right here and tell you what a liar and other stuff she has been.
Oh also with the well, apparently she is financial book keeper now? Rumors have spread about how much our ATV costs and that we had our vehicles detailed monthly for X but yet had a go fund me for the business. This was just a couple.
Next lie: I had an AFFAIR with an unnamed source to protect that person. Like what???? She took a pic of us talking at the fence!! So now she is violating my privacy and taking pictures of me when she pleases and then spreading dirty rumors about me.
One of her main concerns was the traffic so I had to turnaround put in and she called and reported that to the county.
She lied to my other neighbor in the back so much that they hated me until they came down and had a conversation with me and debunked all of her lies.
Another lie: we were attacking her by riding the ATV fast in the field and flung rocks at her - um? I have horses and there aren’t any rocks in my field. Period. So lie.
Another lie: my husband is a PTSD ridden veteran who may go crazy and hurt her or someone. He is the kindest man you will ever meet. If she needed help, he would STILL help her.
She even went as far as to send his fb posts of his own views to the county to try to paint him in dirty light. That is infringement on our privacy.
She has continuously harassed our county officials because she feels it’s her right to pitch a fit about who she lives next to and what we do with our property.
Now I’m gonna post her screenshots of the bu****it where she is pi**ed off because the county granted me the opportunity to continue working on becoming compliant with the regulations.
First, let me make clear. I’m only missing one permit and my land is zoned RPD. I will include our zoning regulation. For EVERYONE to read.
Second, yes, she is blocked from my page because she isn’t welcome on my content.
Third, dogs are never out past 8 PM. . This particular night she took this video. My sister-in-law was doing a deep clean of our sheds and the horses kept harassing the dogs in the back. I didn’t want to interrupt her so this did happen for a little bit. The barking that is. This is an opportune moment to grab a video. It does not happen all the time most of you can attest to being around here..
Fourth, we do not burn dog f***s all the time. Some of our disposal method is to burn it yes, but we also bag and dispose of it properly through the trash.
Fifth, we don’t have water runoff that is polluting her and we are on a slant that is pointing away from her. Water doesn’t flow from our property to hers. But also we pick the p**p up daily.
Sixth, my clients pull into a parking spot and are not physical threat to her children. I have children!!!! This is a concern of mine also so I wouldn’t ever cause a risk. The traffic on Budds Creek is more of a scare and an issue! My other neighbor who has kids using the bus said that the turnaround had mitigated her concerns completely.
I want to address the trespassing: people sometimes very rarely use the end of her driveway to turn around and not much since I did the turnaround in the grass. Also I want to point out: legally she doesn’t even own the last 4 feet of her driveway. The road is privately owned.
No she hasn’t reached out, she decided she had an issue and immediately began complaining to the county. Before that we were friends.
Yes I blame her, it’s her fault she is a Karen. It’s her fault I had to put my house up for sale because I felt like I needed to leave my home. Who wants to live next to such a person????
Commissioner Hewitt came out and spoke with us and got the truth of our business! Why are they supporting us???? Because they CARE! They have listened and heard us. A double veteran, small business owning family with 2 small children. There is more to the story about us not being compliant yet because I have so much going on.
We have to purchase the land which our neighbor is happy to sell us. So problem solved. We were given more time because we tried to sell and leave to literally get away from her. SHE even had the audacity to accuse me of looking at kennel properties on Facebook so I could make this a kennel and sell it at a high price.
She has called the county and harassed these people so much that I feel bad for even existing at this point. She has done nothing but lie and spread crap about me and my business.
To end this bout of drama: I want to thank the county for not entertaining a Karen and for trying to help us and for understanding our situation which is bigger than her.
Finally: I want to point out, big thank you for working to ruin another persons life and livelihood which affects 2 small children. She literally tried to take the food off my table.
And good job on creating a riffle in your own family because you refuse to quit lying and see the truth. Her uncle and grandmother support us fully and are happy to say that anytime.

The s**t I’m dealing with now is unreal and ALL OF THIS is because of her. We found buyers for our house, but then we decided we didn’t want to let her run us off from our home and business and so we asked to be released from the contract but the buyers said they will sue us if we back out and so now I’m being sued from my home with no where to go.
Please show your support to our county officials for watching out for our small business that we have every right to have. She is trying to trash them and telling lies and they do not deserve that.
Feel free to make this go viral. Please note my attempt to talk to her back at the beginning. And the post we bashed her on is where we asked everyone not to use her driveway. Oh and she also lied and said she didn’t contact the county and it was her all along. Lies more lies and more lies. But I just want the truth out there. I have nothing to hide.
