Meet Cairo! He's an 8 year old super chonky boy whose owner passed away. He was taken to animal control...which is where he was adopted from in 2020. Animal control remembered his adoption and were so sad to hear of his person's passing - they saw a true bond between Cairo and his person.

He is partially blind and partially deaf, but otherwise in good health (fully vaccinated, neutered & heartworm negative). He could lose a few pounds as he is a hefty 125 lbs right now. He is a gentle giant though and is good with cats and dogs...doesn't seem to get too riled up over anything.

He may do better in a house without small children as he does bump into things walking around.

Birdie and Duckies owner passed away and are now left with animal control. Both are super sweet senior chihuahuas, (8 & 9), and are in need of a foster to get them out.

HELP!!!

Remember Diesel? He is a pup we rescued from animal control in 2022. We thought he found his forever home, but he turned up at animal control having been surrendered.

Fortunately, they had our contact info and called us.

We need your help as we don't have a foster to get him out. He needs a specific foster:
No cats
No kids
Tentative on dogs (issues with some dogs, but not others)
Prefers women

Please please help us get him out!

Ensure your pets are safe this 4th of July by making sure they stay away from toxic foods, their tag & microchip information is up to date, and they are kept safe indoors.

Fireworks can negatively affect combat veterans as well. A good time for you might be a trigger for them. Please be courteous and do not set off fireworks in your neighborhood.
