Grew Enoki mushrooms for the first time and made a soup with bone broth from a Thanksgiving Turkey.

I apologize to anyone reaching out, if I don't respond. I've been having a lot of pain from a tooth infection and its really taken a toll on me physically and mentally. I'm getting it taken care of (hopefully tomorrow) and after that I'll probably have a couple days of recovery before I can get back in the swing of things.

Today will be the last Belmont, NC Farmers Market of the season. I havent been there for awhile, but production is back in a big way! We have plenty of mushrooms stocked and ready for customers! 🍄

Come out from 11am-3pm and enjoy one last market until the new year begins!
