PUPDATE: WOW! We are absolutely blown away from your support and interest in fostering with our rescue. We are busy reviewing all of the submitted applications and will be in touch over the next few days to discuss next steps.

Unfortunately, we can only consider applicants within a 30 minute drive from Asheville, NC. This is because the puppies will require medical attention during their foster stay.

Thanks again for wanting to join our lifesaving efforts!

WE. NEED. DOG. FOSTERS. NOW.

One of our partner rescues has 55 puppies in their care and they need our help!!! If you have EVER thought about fostering, NOW is the time!

Please consider fostering if:

🐾You have the space in your home and heart!

🐾 You are able to take 2 or 3 puppies for at least 2 weeks (must go in at least pairs)!

🐾 You dont want anything bad to happen to these little babes.

Head over to MPRAVL.org to complete the foster application, so we can save these puppies! We will give you everything you might need to make it a successful experience…food, crate, toys, etc.

And if for whatever reason you cannot foster, please consider making a donation, so that we are “pup”pared to take in as many as possible!

This good looking boy is Tank! He is a 54 pound Terrier who came into the shelter by no fault of his own.
He is a friendly fella and greeted us with a wagging tail right at the front of his kennel to say hello.
Tank sat so nicely for his pictures and he seems to want to please. He took his treat gently from our hands and gave kisses to us as his way of saying thank you. Tank seems to have an overall good temperament.
He would love to have a new family to spend his life with. Is there anyone out there for this good boy?
