🚨 Groomers, We Need to Talk! 🚨

A worrying trend is circulating on TikTok—pointing a forced air dryer directly into a dog's face. ❌ This is NOT acceptable grooming practice, and as an industry, we need to speak up!

Here’s why this should never be done:
🐶 Causes Extreme Stress – Blasting air directly at a dog’s face can be terrifying and overwhelming.
⚠️ Risk of Eye & Ear Damage – High-pressure air can cause irritation, dryness, or even injury to sensitive areas.
😟 Creates Bad Training Habits – Instead of desensitising dogs to dryers, this method reinforces fear and resistance.

📢 Professional grooming is about skill, care, and respect for the animal’s welfare. No reputable association or grooming expert would endorse this. Let’s educate, not exploit for views.

🚫 Stop the trend. Speak up for the dogs. 🚫

Just wanted to share this again to remind everyone

Beginning March 1st, I will be raising my prices. To keep current but not drastically. As with everything else right now, things have increased supplies and maintenance as well as general living expenses. It will be approximately $5-$10depending on services. I also have not raised my service prices since 2023. I thank you for understanding have not raised my service prices since 2023. I thank you for understanding

I’ve decided at this time I will no longer be accepting NEW clients. This will only be temporary but right now I have to finally put myself first. I am blessed to be over crowded with clientele, and as much as we work hard at trying to accommodate everyone we are still only 2 people and we are working ourselves to the bone trying to fit everyone in. We have to put our mental and physical health first and we take our craft very serious. We always want to give each client 100% and can only do that by focusing on the clientele we have now. Trust me I wish I could take you all, but there are only so many hours in the day. This is not permanent.

Thank you all for your support and understanding my decision at this time. I appreciate each and every one of you and you can definitely message me for recommendations on other groomers that I trust and know will take great care of you.
