As we approach the Fourth of July, our pets may not enjoy all the fireworks! If you have a pet that doesn’t do well with this time of year, here’s a couple things you can do to help:

Make sure your pets are properly ID’d in case they get scared and run away.

Keep pets safely inside or away from fireworks before they begin.

Create a comforting safe space for your pets to retreat to during the fireworks.

Consider a calming or compression vest for extra support.

If your pet’s anxiety is severe, it’s best to consult with your veterinarian for options.
